This is weird but ever since the Covid times of working from home I really don’t set an alarm and I still get up at pretty much the same time. I typically just wake up around 6 no matter what despite what time I fell asleep. Occasionally need to wake up crazy early for a flight, talking like 3 am. I set an alarm for that and I will still wake up before the alarm goes off. I think for paranoia that I will oversleep. I don’t really remember having the alarm wake me up for quite a long time. It kind of sucks on weekends TBH
