    Actually the newer rules limiting defense backs, other wise known as the Mel Blount Rule, went into effect in 1979. Montana came into the league the next year. It's ironic as the team it was figured to hurt the most was the Pittsburgh Steelers, but theirs became a wide open passing attack with Stallworth and Swann and they won their fourth Super Bowl that year.

    I started it last year and played only one week. Doing it again this year, but I feel like I don't understand the strategy enough to make any real money. Yeah, I've won here and there, but I can see there are tricks to this that I don't yet fully understand.

     

    Any tips? My biggest complaint is all the stupid names for the contests? It's meaningless, right? LIke the name of a Poker machine is meaningless? I wish it were simpler.

     

     

    I agree there are tips and trick that I have not figured out..

     

    Normally I go very low price on my QB

     

    Very High and 2 rbs

     

    very high on 2 WRS

     

    Very low on 1 WR

     

    average TE

     

    $5000 DEF and kicker

     

     

    But i tend to finish just outside the money every week
