Right?!? But we love them anyway because FF has been about gambling with your buddies for the past 15 years. I love this attempted separation of "games of skill" and "gambling." My grandma being able to knock out the NY Times Sunday crossword in ink is skill. Me applying the same analytics model to the same set variables and cashing in one week, yet coming in last...f'ing last, the next is gambling.

I started off trying the auction settings, but soon realized drafting a lineup for DFS and a traditional auction are 2 very different methodologies. I think the best I can do is set the team # to 1, and then really concentrate on getting the tiering right on the options tab so that the cheatsheets will tightly group like performing players that I can then cross reference their DFS price tag to find the value plays. The overall rank then perhaps gives an indication of what position(s) to spend top dollar on first.

It would seem that with subtle manipulation, Draft Buddy can be a tool to gain minor advantages in daily leagues when used throughout the year. This will require some above average skill using Projection Pal. Questions for the group: (1) Anyone considering using Draft Buddy for daily games?
