Officers reviewed a License Plate Readers in the area and a Buick Lucerne had been in the area on June 14. Video of the area on June 8 and June 9 also showed the same vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was identified as 20-year-old Eulisis Martin. Martin was arrested on Monday, according to Hall County Jail records.
