He absolutely is polling better. The polls had Hillary ahead in 2016 by 4% and Trump beat her. Biden was polling up 7-9% on Trump in 2020 and he barely won. Trump and Hillary are basically tied in national polls and she is behing in the battleground states. She is doomed. That is why she is panicking and may go to the border and desperately wants another debate.
