We aren't anywhere near going into a recession

10% corrections are normal and happen almost every year. After back to back years of over 25% returns on the S&P 500 with little volatility I can see some new investors be a little shocked. We are still in a pro business environment and the S&P 500 will be positive again in 2025.

We are still in a bull market with low unemployment, solid corporate earnings, and accommodative Fed, moderating inflation and a huge investment in AI that is not going anywhere. Tariffs are the wild card but I see them as a negotiating tool more than anything and they will not be on long enough to cause any substantial reduction in growth or increase in inflation.

We are just in the beginning of the AI boom. Good entry point today on the sell-off. There will be volatility but we are nowhere near a bubble on tech stocks like NVDA. Forward PE of 32 is very reasonable for a very strong growth company.
