Haha, I actually went this morning for chicken breast, but I did make Venison Chili last night I have 2 deep freezers overflowing with meat. I'm good till next Spring if need be.

I usually field dress my Hogs immediately after the kill. I then bring them to my Buddy who processes the meat for free, I just let him have choice cuts. He's a former butcher and actually enjoys it. Same when I bring him a buck, duck or turkey.

The same could be said for the Blue Haired specie of Liberal Hog. They are an invasive species, often over fed, unmaintained and often violent.

It's open season here and no bag limit on private property. I can kill 2 hogs today and there's 3 more tomorrow. It's a real problem here. I already have enough meat for the year but we donate a lot to local churches and food banks. No hog goes to waste. One on the spit and one in the pit

I'd be lying if I said I knew much about the latest TV tech but for me I couldn't tell a $5,000 TV from a $1,200 one. I tend to fall somewhere in the middle. I won't by the cheapest but I'm not getting a Walmart TV either. My kids know better than I. I will spend on a decent sound system though, that makes the experience IMO.
