I think SJax can be in for a monster year. Their O is very solid, will leave him with many opportunities to punch it in. Schedule doesn't hurt either...

I'm hearing reports that many a mock shows deangelo dropping to 29 and the jets snatching him up!!! Is there any possible truth to this? I am not to clued up on the needs of teams, but my understanding was this cat is a blue chipper, meaning many a teams between 1-29 would snatch him up, even if they have a current viable option at rb. Man if we can snatch up a lienert/furgie at 4 and get deangelo at 29, it'll be a coup! People will be jumping off the balcony at radio city!!!

I agree. What's interesting though is that it looks like Maroney will most likely be available there. Jets need a rb, and while finding a gem later in the draft is not unheard of, getting one of the top 3 rbs this year, all considered blue chippers, would be pretty nice...

sheet, in my league, tony fisher wasn't even available in the draft. dudes knew last year that this year the other 2 backs would go down, and kept him as a keeper. Yeah, my league is more hardcore than yours losers! Go play with your sisters!!!

as a jets fan, I am getting tired of him. As said here, great motivator, but not the brightest. Terrible time manager. Very conservative in both O and D. He got them places the last cfouple of years, but we had the talent to get there. A great coach would have took them a step beyond what the talent can get to. Time to move on if you ask me...
