Ran a 1/2 Marathon about a week ago.... left groin area lower abdominal is in alot of pain.When I start running it's pretty much unbearable,about a 1/4 mile into the run abdominalpain diminishes but groin still hurts like a ######...a girl told me sounds like a sports hernia?? not sure but I'm compulsive and don't want to stop my running?? anybody lived through one of these things this doesn't compare with the kidney stone thread I just read....but I'm POOOOSAY and it hurts all the same
