I say make some kind bilaw that requires you make so many work days out of the total. Say you have 5 a year and say you need to make 2 or you can not reserve the camp for the following 6 months or unroll you make your two work days.

Work days I drink what's at the office. When I'm home I brew a travel mug worth of whatever's on sale at the time. I also may stop at a dunkin doughnuts or a wawa if I feel the need or running late on a non work day. I've also been known to brew a few cups during the day.
