Kamar Aiken, thoughts? Are you starting him?

With Mallet starting, Denard is the smarter play

    @FLEX: Lockett, Delanie, Gore, Sproles

I think you're right, go with Lockett.

    Kelce or Tamme

  7. We play 1 pt for every 5 carries, 1 pt for every 10 yds and 6 pts for every TD, WR's / TE's get 1 pt for every 2 receptions, 1 pt for every 10 yds and 6 pts for ever TD's. RB's and WR's / TE's get points whether it's receiving or rushing. I'm worried about splitting time with Powell but Hightower was in street clothes 3 weeks ago. Match-ups are not a concern but Saints have a slightly better one and they're on Monday night which is always a plus. Julius Thomas has been a good TD machine as of late but if he doesn't catch one, I could see 5 catches for 50 yds. Aiken has been pretty steady but not much of a TD threat. He should get at least 60 - 70 yds receiving, if he caught 8 for 80, i'd be ok with that. I don't see either exploding, I'd like to get 12 - 14 pts from one of these if possible. I'm not looking for the highest ceiling on this one, needing the better odds of getting 12 - 14 pts. Will answer yours, thanks !
  8. Bolden, he may get 3 TD's. You could put Brown in too and be just fine. I wish I had your choices.
  9. Seeing if any leagues stop free agency before the playoffs for whatever reason. One of our reasons was we didn't want weaker teams to take advantage of waiver priority to have a continued advantage during the most important weeks of the season. It's kind of backfiring because if a team only carries two QB's and they both get injured in the same week, say week 14, then that owner is screwed in weeks 15 and 16 which are our playoffs. Any thoughts one way or the other ?

    Ivory haters?

I put a contract on Powell tonight similar to Jeff Gillooly , roll with Ivory
  11. I'm in a pickle at WR / TE, I have my # 1 but need # 2 and # 3 and considering picking up Malcom Floyd due to injury to Stevie Johnson. Here are my possibilities: * Austin Seferian * Tyler Lockett * Kamar Aiken * Julius Thomas Waiver possibilities include Lafell and Davante Adams but they've done nothing. Need your help, thanks ! 1 pt for every 2 receptions, 6 pts TD and 1 pt for every 10 yds.

    which QB?

I think you'll be fine with either Winston or Hoyer.

Wr help need 1. Jordan Matthews Lafell Nate Washington

Jordan Matthews, Nate shouldn't be on any rosters with Cecil back in the lineup, LaFell can't catch the ball so Brady will go elsewhere before he throws it to that chump. Jordan Matthews was a pre-season top 25 WR, his last two games he had TD's, Eagles will have to throw more vs a tough Bill's Run Defense. This is a no brainer.
  14. OK, 1 pt for every 2 receptions, 6 pts for TD, 1 pt for every 10 yes, we play WR's or TE's, start 3 of them, I have my # 1 but need # 2 and # 3 from the choices of, don't laugh, it's been a rough year: * Tyler Lockett - They'll have the ball probably 70% of the game * Cecil Shorts III - Pass heavy Texans in most likely an ugly game vs NE, Pats usually try and shut down DHop so my assumption is Cecil should have some decent volume * Kamar Aiken - I don't like this matchup but I like his historical targets, Sherman could cover him with one leg * Julius Thomas - I just don't trust him, love the matchup and Bortles but there would be nothing worse than to start him and then he lays another egg * Austin Sefarian - Love the matchup, he's most likely not in top form but he could either do great or lay an egg A few on the wire include: Malcom Floyd, Nate Washington, Scott Chandler, Brandon LaFell (I hate him), Davante Adams (I hate him more), Richard Rogers Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!!!!

Playoff Implications, Need To Get It RIGHT !

Hillman and its not close. I assume you get both yds and tds ?
  16. The only good game Thomas had was when Hurns went down where he went 7 - 90. As long as they have both Robinson and Hurns in, he's extremely risky to start. He should have had a big day when Hurns was out last week but there 7 or 8 Jags in the WR stat book. Not good. I'd roll elsewhere, pick up Rasta Sefarian at TBay, playing New Orleans, the worst team in the NFL against the pass vs. TE's.

    Brian Hoyer vs. New Orleans

I would start Hoyer over Brady due to matchup and injuries but would start Big Ben against a more vulnerable Seattle D and a coin toss with Eli. Good luck.

Favorite Fantasy Player in the 90s ?

No question, mine was Thurman "Thermal" Thomas... as ESPN's Chris Berman called him. The combo of rushing yards, receiving, TD's... he was money... close 2nd was Barry Sanders. We always did auction so the battle to get Barry and Thurman was fierce. One last memory, we were in Chicago one weekend in December, I was playing a guy who had Andre "Bad Moon" Rison and needless to say I was on the short end of that one, I think he had three TD's and over 180 yds on a Saturday afternoon game, good thing I had Rush street to numb the pain. Good times. Post yours, points for originality.

Favorite Fantasy Player in the 90s ?

Early 90's consisted of no internet, how great was it to open up the USA Today on Monday and do the math on your team, scribble up Barry and Marino's points was pure enjoyment.

Favorite Fantasy Player in the 90s ?

Joe Horn snuffed out many competitors playoff hopes, I could never draft Chris Warren or Curtis Martin, consistent results were not my thing when I was in my 20's

Favorite Fantasy Player in the 90s ?

I hated Emmitt Smith, I draft with emotion, not my wallet or brain.

Favorite Fantasy Player in the 90s ?

I also had TD and Terrell Owens, I was playing in a league with a bunch of Jerry McGuire's so it was sweet victory to win their league !
