Jacobs (I hope he does as I'm startign him as my flex) Portis (better talent and a bigger stud than Jacobs but too damn risky) Brown vote in my poll http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284783

Addai and Romo for S. Jackson and Grossman
TAM2020 replied to E-Knuckle Shuffle's topic in A Little Help!
yes. Romo is a clear upgrade over Grossman and Addai is only a slight drop off from SJAX. Do it. check out my poll http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284783 -
Will answer questions because i'm a helluva guy.
TAM2020 replied to surferskin's topic in A Little Help!
my question is a poll http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284783 but its who has the better week 1 Kitna v. Oak Young v. Jax Cutler v. Buffalo -
Always start Palmer. no question about it. Favre is going to throw to driver and his sprained foot regardless of if he's triple covered so that means picks, just like last year. vote on my poll http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284783

DO IT NOW. Stop reading this and make the trade.

Portis would have to be your first choice out of those options. He's a stud and is going to start and play. if you're unsure though, then go with Jacobs. I have a similar dilemma and asked and everyone seemed to say start Jacobs. I'm still a little unsure how he'll do against a good Cowboy's D but everyone thinks he's primed for a big season. Vote in my poll please http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284783

Moss isn't going to be out of the game. Go with Henderson. Brady is going to spread it around too much. check out my poll. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284783

I'd say take it except for the fact that you're puttin all of your eggs in the Indy basket. Wayne is still better than Boldin but I think Winslow is due to breakout this year. Don't do it. check out my poll http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284783

Tough choice. I think Romo will have a good day against the Giants but like was said earlier, you gotta go with McNabb againt a very suspect Packers secondary. And I think you go with VJAX even though I think SD will go up early and Chicago will have to throw to get back into the game.

That was a hell of a first 5 rounds for you. Please give my name to some of your other league members and tell them I'm looking for some additional owners next year.

OK guys, Pretty simple week 1 who to start opinions. I need opinions on my two leagues for my flex position. Standard scoring. 6 pts/td; 1 pt/10 yds rush & rec. in both leagues. These are the dilemmas: LEAGUE #1 QB: Kitna v. Oakland or V. Young v. Minnesota Flex: Deion Branch v. TB J. Norwood v. Minnesota G. Jennings v. Phily Jacoby Jones v. KC I'm leaning toward Kitna and Norwood but I would appreciate any input. LEAGUE #2 Flex: Santana Moss v. Miami Brandon Jacobs v. Dallas Braylon Edwards v. Pitt V-Jax v. Chicago Leaning toward Moss. Input is appreciated and I'll answer yours if you leave it.

Branch. Come on, he's playing TB for goodness sake.

It doesn't look like you've got that many teams if you managed to pick SJAX and SA so I'd drop Big Ben. You'll definitely be able to pick up a 1 week filler for the St Louis bye week in a league that size. Besides, Mikeock is correct. All it takes is a groin pull to Portis or a hit to Dunn's back and you've got two very, very good backs. Check out mine please. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284247

Wow. Talk about a tale of two drafts. I like Rivers and Addai but I think Edge is overrated and getting older by the minute. Evans is going to have a big year and Housh is a solid pick. But with that being said, I think team 2 is stronger and could potentially take you to the championship. VY could get you as many points as Bulger (due to the rushing tds) and Gore and MJD could be a stud tandem. Yes, there are concerns with Gore's hand and Fred Taylor but the hand will be fully healed by week 3 and MJD should be starting then after Fragile Fred goes down with an injury. The biggest question mark on this team is VJAX. He could do great or just suck. I hope its the first one since I drafted him as well. Please see mine. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284247

Go with VY. Even against JAX he's going to get some good points. If you don't believe that then go with Alex Smith. Here's mine. Thanks http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284247
-
not only no, but HELL NO. SJAX and Rivers will get you more points than Donovan and Willis. Rivers is going to have a very good year under Norv Turner. Here's mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284247 Thanks

Arizona's D still suxs and Battle and Alex Smith have been working all off-season together so he's my choice. Cotch is pretty good but he's playing the pats so he'd be my second choice. I love Curtis but I think Philly will go up early and then run with westbrook and dumps to LJ in the second half. Just my .02 Would appreciate any input on mine.

Who's going to be facing more 8 and 9 man fronts? LJ and Damon Huard or Addai and Manning? I think the answer's obvious. LJ is a stud but he's going to have a rough road to plow facing that many guys 2 out of every 3 downs. Make the trade and laugh your way to the playoffs. Here's mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284247 Thanks

Who is going to be facing more 8 and 9 man fronts? LJ and Damon Huard or Addai and Manning? Even though LJ is a stud and the focus of that offense, he's not going to have that great of a year when he's dodgin 9 guys almost every down. Make the trade and enjoy the rest of your season!! here's mine. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284247

I hate these sort of choices. In fact yours is very similar to mine. Everybody has talked about the Bears D, but I've read a lot of articles from handicappers who think that SD could just cream the Bears. If so, then Rivers and V-Jax do very nicely. On the flip side, Branch is playing TB and Schaub is playing a horrible KC team. My vote is go for Schaub and Branch until its proven that the Bears D isn't as good as it was last year. Here's mine. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284247

Yes. Brady hasn't thrown double digit TDs to a receiver in years and Plaxico is spotty at best (3 tds 1 week and nothing for 3 weeks). Braylon could be a good #2 but I'd rather have him as my #3. Ronnie Brown's season will be determined by how Trent Green does (and hopefully its better than during the preseason). Just my .02 Here's mine and thanks http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284247

Not the best of choices but I'd go with Curry and Jones. Marshall is going to be a third option in that offense. And I'd agree with if VY throws a TD to Jones it'll offset. Appreciate any input on mine.

i've got cutler as a back up and i'm still a little wary of him. Plus if you get 6 pts for rushing tds then VY could conceivably get as many points as Bulger (there is a good article out there on the fftoday main board pointing this out). As a Dallas fan, I like Julius but he just doesn't score tds so I'd say you probably came out a little on the bad end of that trade. I'd appreciate any input on mine. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=284247
