There’s another problem related to his incarceration. Via Adam Schefter of ESPN, Rice underwent knee surgery last week. While behind bars, he’ll be unable to engage in rehab.

Per the report, Rice didn’t know he’d be sentenced for violating probation at the time he had the procedure.

The surgery removed loose debris that was causing inflammation in the knee Rice injured early in the 2024 season. He served a six-game suspension to start the 2025 season, after pleading guilty to charges arising from a March 2024 street-racing incident in Dallas.

Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice is in trouble with the law again.

Rice has been ordered to spend 30 days in jail for violating his probation after he tested positive for THC, according to KSHB 41 in Kansas City.

Dallas County Jail records say Rice was booked this afternoon. If he remains in jail for the next 30 days, he will miss all of the Chiefs’ Organized Team Activities, and their mandatory minicamp.

  3. I drafted 2 super hot women (Trish and Mickie), but that was just a bonus to their in ring careers. Trish is probably the modern GOAT, and Mickie was top tier as well.

Steph and Sunny were both taken as wrestlers, but I would definitely put them in the M/P/A category over the wrestler category.

All in all, I'm happy with my team. I've got top guys from all eras in the singles categories, 2 of the top teams from the Attitude Era and one from the late 80s-mid 90s. M/P/A I've got the all time greatest promoter/top on screen evil boss (maybe offscreen evil boss too...) and the top manager from the 70s into the early 80s.

If I have a weakness, it's probably that I didn't really grab any of the memorable characters of the midcard.

  4. Nice drafting, gentlemen.

    Honorable mentions:

    Superstar Billy Graham
    Bob Backlund
    The Sheik
    Ernie Ladd
    Abdullah the Butcher
    Gorgeous George
    Nature Boy Buddy Rogers
    Sabu
    Raven
    Kevin Owens
    Gunther/WALTER

    Power & Glory
    Harlem Heat
    Natural Disasters

    Mr Fuji
    Gorilla Monsoon
    Cyndi Lauper

    Fabulous Moolah
    Mae Young
    Rhea Ripley

  5. 19.06 - Mickie James

Considered going with one of the olds, but decided on someone I watched and liked. Long, great career.

    20.01 - Kenny Omega

Following Kopy's pick of FTR. The Best Bout Machine is arguably the greatest in ring performer of the past 15 years.

Gotta say, coming into the last round, there's still picks that I absolutely thought would have gone. Definitely going to have to post an honorable mentions list afterward.

this started in the late 90s. Instead of sticking with the equal number of cards, and those of good players being worth more? They started doing pack inserts at odds of 1-in-a-1000. Legal gambling for kids. It’s only gotten worse over time.

Late 90s was when I got out of card collecting, and it was a thing before that. Probably 92 or 93. I remember getting one pack that was entirely inserts.

That’s who I wanted next. Probably should have flipped my picks but despite not watching a lot of CM Punk (I was only casually seeing stuff through friends who still watched) I felt he had the bigger impact … at least as a solo superstar.

If you would have taken Edge, I would have taken Punk. Both had long career interruptions (for different reasons), but I agree Punk had a bigger impact solo.

    14.02 Nikolai Volkov

    @WhiteWonder

    That was actually 15.05.

    My picks:

    15.06 - Edge

My turn to double up. He absolutely caught fire as the Rated R Superstar, and likely would be a lot higher on this list if not for missing so much time with his neck injury.

    16.01 - “Classy” Freddie Blassie M/P/A

Listen up, you pencil neck geeks. After his in ring career ended, he became the premier manager of the 70s and early 80s, with a client list that’s a who’s who of that generation.

@HellToupee is back on the clock.

Verne's interesting. He's someone I should have picked. But I just couldn't do it. I also wanted to make my list include guy's I liked as a fan too. And I just never saw it with Verne. (There is also someone else who should be picked, and falls into the same category for me. I don't wanna say his name now. But I'll chime in if he's picked. If he's not grabbed, I'll then mention him later.).

Just found Verne overly plain. Not exciting. I just didn't get the appeal.

Excellent pick though. Absolutely crazy to think that he probably trained half the guy's on all of our lists.

Yeah, I get that. Verne was before my time. Sammartino was well before my time. I never got a chance to like or dislike them. But they're guys who just can't not be taken given their impacts on wrestling.
