I've been taking a look at various statistics. I switched-up my FLEX to B-Rob. ARI DEF plays a 3-4, so I think he'll have an easier time than Conner, especially against WAS's good two DTs.

I saw that SF WR1 D. Samuel practiced in a Limited capacity Thursday and Friday. An ESPN Reporter reported Saturday night that Deebo “plans on playing.” His game has a 4:05PNM kick-off, which complicates matters somewhat. Team 1: He was my WR1 in the draft. This week I picked up NE WR1 D. Douglas. Currently I have Douglas as my WR2. After I post this – with the new ESPN report, I'll change it from Douglas to Deebo. BUT – I'll make a mental note to check the late game Inactives around 3:00PM just in case. (I can switch back to Douglas if need be – they play against each other, same game / time.) Team 2: I picked up SF WR3 J. Jennings on waivers this past week, and I currently have him as my FLEX. My .. alternate, JAX WR2 B. Thomas, plays at 1:00. With the Deebo news, again, after I post this, I'll change my FLEX from Jennings to Thomas. (WR1 is Harrison Jr., and WR2 is M. Nabers.) How are other peeps handling this?? Oh, my league is full-point PPR.

Full-point PPR. RB1 = D. Henry; RB2 = J. Mason. I'm currently FLEXING ARI RB J. Conner, home vs. WAS. BUT - I also have WAS RB B. Rob @ ARI. And, CIN RB1 Z. Moss @ CAR. B-Rob has no competition, with Ekeler out. And, ARI DEF was the worst vs. RBs in 2023. Conner has been subbing out quite a bit this year.. Seems like Demercado is the 3rd down RB.. I thought of sitting Conner last week, and it almost cost me the week.. WAS DEF is I think a bottom-10 vs. RBs this year. Then, i also have Z. Moss, who has taken the reigns of Cincy's backfield so far this year. Similar to WAS DEF, CAR DEF is bottom-5 vs. RBs this year. With Ekeler out, I'm REALLY leaning towards switching my FLEX to B-Rob from Conner. Conner also had not played well vs. WAS, historically. Thoughts?

Saw Matthew Berry's Love / Hate article. SF is WORST vs. slot WRs. Picked up Demario Douglas. If MIN WR2 J. Addison is back, I'll likely play Douglas over Nailor.

Full-point PPR league. I bid for ATL WR2 D. Mooney, but I was out-bid.. Other WW options include: 1) NO WR2 R. Shaheed @ ATL; 2) NE WR1 D. Douglas @ SF (7th worst vs,. WRs!); 3) LAR WR? T. Atwell @ CHI (5th best vs. WRs..); or 4) DAL WR3 J. Tolbert @ NYG. I would drop IND WR? A. Pierce to get another WR. (My other WRs are BUF WR K. Shakir, ARI WR3 G. Dortch, and MIN WR3 J. Nailor). Shaheed has a better QB than Pierce, so I'm debating doing that WW transaction. Thoughts?

Switched from Dortch to Nailor. Dortch was gimpy after practice on Fri..

Full-point PPR league. What a year for fantasy, eh? Soooooo many studs already OUT for multiple weeks.. I'm sporting a bunch of WR3s (or worse), and need to start two. Currently rolling with BUF WR K. Shakir who is home against JAX. He has a safe floor. Also, ARI WR G. Dortch against a soft DET pass defense .. who I'm worried the TE might steal his looks.. I also have: IND WR A. Pierce against CHI who had had a good season so far - but I read that Josh Downs is playing in Week 3. One FF guy said Pierce is now a zero-floor WR5. I also grabbed MIN WR J. Nailor, who like Pierce has scored in each of the first two weeks. I'm concerned HOU's HC will force MIN QB S. Darnold back to reality.. Thoughts??

$ league - won 148 to 114; overall 1st place in the standings. "For fun" league - won 110 to 89; overall 5th place in the standings. I have BAL TE? M. Andrews on both teams.. I'm going to bid probably 20% of my FAAB on Likely in each league. Maybe more.. Also going to try and get iND WR A. Pierce.

I saw an article on Rotoworld, that one guy is putting in 33% of his FAAB budget for I. Likely. I have Andrews.. Do I bid $333 for Likely? What are other peeps doing? Mention if you are an Andrews owner, also. FWIW: my backup plan is LAR TE C. Parkinson. Gonna drop my TE2 within the transaction(s) - CIN TE M. Gesicki.

With Barkley gone, Nabers is THE GUY for the NYG offense this year. Options: 1) B. Thomas - playing vs. MIA, in what should be a track meet. JAX a top-10 pass offense last year, and no more Z Jones nor C. Ridley; 2) A. Iosivas - T. Higgins is DOUBTFUL, and Chase has only practiced a few days this week. this preseason. NE's offense likely won't sustain many drives, meaning a lot of CIN offensive plays / opportunities. Thoughts?

Full-point PPR. RBs are Henry and Conner. WRs are Samuel and Kupp. I currently have Shakir as my FLEX. He's the only WR still there from last year. He finished last year strong, too. Options - 1) Palmer when he's been a starter (due to injuries ahead of him) has played well. Historically vs. LVR, he went 3/77 and 4/113/TD last year.; 2) B-Rob is up against a tough TB run defense. Also, with Ekeler there - unsure who will get the goal-line work..; 3) Z. Moss has a great match-up vs. a NE team whose offense likely won't sustain many drives. BUT - all I've seen in the preseason is how Chase Brown has been the RB1 in practice.. Thoughts?

I hope that M. Andrews' performance was a one-off. He only practiced this past week, after a car accident about a month ago. That, and i think some plays he was a designated 6th blocker. But week 1 was an EXTREME disappointment. Especially because the TE2 WAS involved.
