Well .. shiite.. Lost two depth RBs, in Bam Knight and Bhayhsul Tuten. Also, Woody Marks left mid-game but the HC says it wasn't serious – he could have returned. So, RB injuries will factor in to my WW decisions this week! While going through high-scorers on the WW from last week – doh! Someone cut TB WR M. Evans!! So .. dropping DAL WR R. Flournoy for Evans. Bidding for ARI RB M. Carter, and dropping Bam Knight. If not him, then NO RB A. Estime. Bidding for NO RB A. Estime, and dropping Bhayhsul Tuten. If not him, then MIA TE D. Waller. (Yes, I'm aware Tua got benched.) What is everyone else doin'?

What the eff?? I think it was the DET WRs. The first catch by J-Will, and ASB - each of them mimicked picking their nose??

C-Rod is INACTIVE! Hope it doesn't bite me in the a$$, but I'm sitting M. Wilson.. (I am kinda stuck playing McBride, already..)

Update, 3: Oooooo! WAS RB1 C-Rod is a game-time decision, with a groin injury. I previously didn't mention I have WAS RB "Bill 'Croskey, cuz he's done nothing for like two months. But, if C-Rod is INACTVE, I figure I gotta FLEX Croskey. If so, of the following current line-up: WR1 = M. Wilson, WR2 = W-Rob, and FLEX = C. Sutton - I figure I'll sit .. M. Wilson. Horrible match-up on the road.

Bumpin' on Saturday morning! Oh .. and I saw this. My mind then started to wander .. and I think it is in the realm of possibility that SF might .. give "a lot of love" to Jennings, to demonstrate to Aiyuk that he really isn't needed?? 49ers placed WR Brandon Aiyuk on the reserve/left squad list. If you’re not familiar with the reserve/left squad list, that’s okay, it is something typically reserved for players about to retire. The awkward saga between Aiyuk and the 49ers appears to be ending in a messy divorce, with the recent move by the team all but ensuring the two sides split in the coming offseason. The transaction also officially ends Aiyuk’s 2025 season before it began. Stay tuned through the offseason.

Thanks, Cajun (and Weepaws and Showboat). Cajun: look at Player History - GB QB struggled vs. DEN (21 of 31 for only 180 yards, 2 TDs and an INT), with C-Wat being mediocre (3 for 27). Also, GB has does "WR by committee.." I'd lean towards Wilson in your case.

Update, 2: Phew! Egbuka had an okay game, but he did NOT "go off." Evans dominated targets. So - still at: WR1 = M. Wilson, WR2 = W-Rob, and FLEX = C. Sutton. Egbuka played, and is not available. I grabbed DAL WR Flournoy off waivers, but Lamb has been cleared to play, so Flournoy is also out. That leaves switching out one of the above three for SF WRJ. Jennings "possibly." FWIW - I also have ARI RB B. Knight I could FLEX. Thoughts?

Update, 1: WR1 = M. Wilson, WR2 = W-Rob, and FLEX = C. Sutton. I took a look the players post week 5 .. and Egbuka just really hasn't played well. At least two dropped TD passes. And, now both Evans and Godwin are likely playing. ATL should be awful offensively, and TB could likely salt the game away with all three of their RBs. The more I looked at W-Rob, he is the definition of a PPR cheat-code. And, WAS DEF has been awful. And, WAS QB will likely be M. Mariota, who doesn't scare anyone.

Full-point PPR. Currently rolling with WR1 = C. Sutton and WR2 = E. Egbuka. FLEXing M. Wilson. BUT – I also have NYG WR W-Rob, DAL WR R. Flournoy, and SF WR J. Jennings. I'm concerned about Egbuka, who has done nothing the past month.. Also, J. Jennings has caught TDs in 4 of the past 5 games. I'm also concerned about Wilson, who will be at HOU which has a top-tier DEF. (NOTE: I'm also starting ARI TE T. McBride..) W-Rob will get me double-digits pretty much every week, and an occasional “spike” week. Home against WAS could be one of those weeks. Lastly, I just grabbed Flournoy. I saw that CeeDee really “got his bell rung,” and am skeptical he'll play. If he does not, Flournoy has “blown up” at least twice when CeeDee was Inactive. Also, he'd "stack" well with my QB, Dak. Woohoo! Courtesy of my Michael Wilson WW-grab a few weeks ago, I made the playoffs. Hope you all are reading this in a similar situation, and not for “consolation bowl” purposes. And .. I know it is repetitive, but not much on the WW again for this week. A few priorities .. but they are dependent on the starters in front of them being “Out.” Up first is DAL's WR3 Flournoy, who has gone bonkers twice, when Ceedee has missed games. Ceedee is concussed, so worth a look. The other one is MIA RB2 Wright, with Achane leaving mid-game with sore ribs. But, MIA's Head Coach said he could have returned “if needed.” So, that is trending as a pass. Oh, CIN WR2 T. Higgins is re-concussed. For my league, CIN TE1 M. Gesicki is available, and he went bonkers a few times last year, when one of the top-2 WRs missed time. I'm considering dropping NYJ WR1 A. Mitchell for Flournoy. And, WAS RB3 “Bill” Croskey for KC RB I. Pacheco (again, for my league). What is everyone else doin'?

Sadly, again, not much on the WW again for this week. Some WRs on struggling teams: NYJ's A. Mitchell and J. Metchie, and NO's D. Vele. I am putting in for Michell and Vele (backup transaction), and going to drop JAX WR P. Washington. What is everyone else doin'?

Update .. 1: looks like Baker will play. And, so will C. Godwin. That will hopefully lessen ARI DEF's attention to Egbuka. NE's 2ndary scares me.. Gonna sit W-Rob for Egbuka.

Nomad: per-game stats: Tgts favor MH slightly (6.9 to 6.45 / game); receptions favor Wilson slightly (4.3 to 3.8). No TDs for Wilson (yet!). FWIW - I'm also starting McBride.

Uh .. I can think of over 2,000 reasons they were NOT right last season! (And, he could have gotten the record - he was held out the last week of the regular season.) Also - remember; last year's OC took the Saints HC job.

WTF is it with these defensive players, who think "thumping" a professional athlete with their shoulder will take them down?? That "tackle" by Valentine was obnoxious.. If I lose this week by less than 5, it is on him. (Goff 4-point TD, and roughly 1 point for 20+yard completion)..

I'm currently rolling with Nix. DEN should dominate the time of possession, and WAS is bottom-5 pass DEF. It is tough to sit Dak .. but he's put up three duds this year, and KC is basically in playoff-mode / can't afford any more losses. Also, when Dak last played a Mahomes KC team, he went 216/0/2.. Anyone else .. brave enough to sit Dak?? For who? Thoughts??

CLE DEF sure paid off; 10 sacks! “In general,” not much on the WW again for this week. One Team Owner in my league made some last-minute changes Sunday AM, so I have some high-quality peeps I'm going to bid for. But, for most peeps: there is NO RB2 Devin Neal at a weak MIA DEF (but has been playing better of late); CIN WR A. Iosivas is a good pick-up (again; Higgins is concussed) – even though not much last week; and if you like rolling the dice, NO TE2 T. Hill could be in play, with Kamara banged up. For me, I'm going to be dropping SF WR2 R. Pearsall for SF WR1 J. Jennings! And, dropping WAS RB “Bill” Croskey for DET RB2 D. Montgomery. Oh, and I just analyzed the Wk 15 thru 17 matchups. Going to drop CLE DEF for TB DEF. What is everyone else doin'?
