I'm contemplating the same in an MFL league I Commish. Think it will be necessary for this season.

I forget what it costs to run the league but if we all threw in 25 or 30 bucks if would seem we would have enough to pay our dues and have a nice prize for winner, maybe even runner up.
As-is or $25 extra is fine with me.

1.10 - Ke'Shawn Vaughn, RB, TBB

After my trade with Rurb, I'm sitting at 1.10. I'll likely be looking to trade back further if anyone wants to move up.

Thanks as always for hosting this Mike and inviting us all back each off-season.

... then we wouldn't be having this conversation.
We wouldn't be having this conversation if you didn't say some are drafting based on Best Ball format. I posted my reason for doing what I did days ago. It had nothing to do with BB, only how I will draft value regardless of need sometimes. Then you went on to tell me how you've never seen that (trading QB) work.
You brought this, and I don't mind stirring up the conversation at all. It can be beneficial to everyone who follows this draft. But your opinions come across as if you're way is right and others are wrong. Maybe that's not how you intend it but it's how it reads imo.

I've always gone by the theory that if I have to start two TEs weekly then I have a poor overall team.
Then you don't play in enough diverse leagues.
-
Also, with more and more leagues going to wider Flex options that second TE is a viable starter in some cases.

As for two TEs, I've always thought it was a major waste of roster space having that second TE unless they were both taken late in the draft.
Tell that to the Gronk owners

It just doesn't happen that early is all.
If everyone gets what they expect then you've lost an opportunity to make the other drafters go to their Plan B. It does happen that early if drafters are willing to take chances imo.
-
I went Luck and Kelce early (3rd/4th) and in the 7th/8th took Cam/Eifert.
I posted at the time that it was a value decision. And in a normal redraft would allow me look for opportunities to trade Luck/Kelce. It had nothing to do with best-ball. QB and TE weren't a need but they were the best values. And could possibly even alter other's draft plans if they didn't expect me to take a 2nd QB and TE in those earlier rounds. I didn't look at them as QB2/TE2 but rather potential QB1/TE1 if I could deal Luck/Kelce for WR/RB value.

Sorry about that Scott!
Won't happen again....
Cool, thanks.

Joe - I assume it was a quick change but once you post your pick, please don't just go back and change it. Those who monitor the Selection threads see when a post is made and what the original post was, so it's confusing when it's been edited after. Thanks

Sorry for the delay. Had a conference call, then sat down to pick and my boss called. Will have both in just a few minutes.
