"Bad States" I wonder how many Arizona and Florida retirees come from bad states. What do we do? Lower our wages to that of Mexico or China? We, for a time, as a consumer Nation have made China a producing powerhouse. I'm sure their non unionized work force is not the future you want for your offspring.

I completely agree with the good and bad of what you just wrote. I have never been in a Union until 3 years ago. I have never voted Democrat in my entire life. I now believe an organized "Union" of workers is a good thing. I watch daily as college educated men and women make decisions with complete indifference to the very people who know the process inside and out, the silver backed union workers. I think it's a shame. I can see it from both sides, my mother owns a small convenience store, as does my uncle and my grandfather before him. It's a tough call but most Union workers don't blow the plant up and walk away with a 30 million dollar severance package.

Do you believe the organization of workers is a bad thing?
