How do the Redskins keep doing this?

Bills - QB - J P Losman was terrible last year. He has "First Round Bust" written all over him. RB - Willis McGahee thinks he's better than he really is, and thus will always be a "good" RB, never the great one he could be. They also need depth behind him. Shaud Williams is more of a change-of-pace RB than a backup. OL - Pick a spot, they all suck. They released C Trey Teague and LT Mike Williams. TE - They released Mark Campbell because he sucked, and signed Robert Royal from the Skins. But he's a pure blocking TE. They need a receiving threat. WR - Lee Evans is developing nicely. Roscoe Parrish has promise as a slot WR. Eric Moulds will probably be leaving and signing Andre Davis isn't a substitude. They need a good #2 WR if Moulds leaves. DL - They have no starting DT, and signing Larry Triplett from the Colts isn't a solution. He's depth. LB - A young MLB to groom behind Londen Fletcher. This is the Bills best position. DB - With Lawyer Milloy gone they need a starting SS. Coy Wire might take the starting role, but they need to get someone to compete with him. Coach - D!ck Jauron? Are you kidding me? So, basically, the Bills need EVERYTHING THEY CAN GET THEIR HANDS ON. Prediction: worst team in football next year. 2-14.
