McGahee has a tough matchup vs. PIT D. With JStew limited, it Tolbert a better play than McGahee? DJax will be shadowed by a top end corner. Interesting...thanks. Still not fired up about taking RB with that #2 pick but I see your point. Many times in mocks Lynch is there at the 3rd pick, what's your thoughts on taking him @ three and then waiting on QB? Might end up something like Mega AJ or Green Lynch Turner Dez Peyton/Romo/Big Ben

Indeed, but to me the combination of the weak RBs but elite WRs and good QB bests the combo of pretty good QB, good Rbs, OK WRs. Do you disagree?

In a 12 team, snake redraft, non-PPR I am picking in the #5 hole. I am sure that the big three RBs will be gonzo, as will likely either BRady or Rodgers. All the rage from the "pros" this year is that WRs & QBs are deep, so draft RBs early, but I've been kicking around another plan. I really don't like taking MJD or CJ2K or equivalent with my #1 pick. And going Qb there to me leaves me taking either a lesser WR1 with my second pick, or even worse a lesser RB1 (which then leaves me taking a weak WR1 as my first WR ( a guy like welker). I don't like this strategy at all b/c i feel like I end up with inferior players inside of their respective positions instead of dominating at one or hopefully two. I have been running mocks where I go WR, WR, QB with my first three picks. Everytime I have been able to land: #1 mega johnson, #2 AJ Green or Andre Johnson, #3 Mike Vick. At this point I end up scuffling at RB, but I can usually end up with some combination of guys like Turner/McGahee/Ridley/Vareen/Jaquizz/Donald Brown. I also usually end up adding Luck in a later round as well as a solid WR3 (slex spot heres) as wellas few other nice later round WRs (something like DHB, Reggie Wayne, Cobb). What do you guys think? Obviously it hinges on Vick having a big year. I also usually have Cam Newton available in that spot as well. Either of which I am pretty pleased with rolling out as my #1 QB, esp with Luck as insurance. I just like a front line of: Vick or Cam / Turner / McGahee / Mega / AJOhnson or AJ Green over Romo or Ryan / MJD or CJ / mcGahee / welker / Dez or over Brady / SJAX or Richardson / mcGahee / welker / Dez What do you guys think? Am I crazy? Anyone else hate the RB1s in the middle of the draft order?
