You guys can talk about what should or shouldn't happen, but the results will never change. The method may, but not the results. This country's population is the problem, period. As a country, people are too lazy, spoiled, and entitled and no laws restricting guns, immigration, healthcare, etc., will ever change that. All these topics are simply hot buttons to keep people talking about nonsense while the politicians and the uber-wealthy live in their gated community 7-figure homes, far away from us. -
Yeah, I think that's a good gauge.

I don't disagree. I do think his floor is higher than someone like Watson. Murray only missed one year, not like Watson who missed two years. Overall, Arizona's defense is rather crappy... I mean, look at what the Giants did to them. So I'm thinking that Atlanta should be able to put points on the board, especially since running is their strength and it's Arizona's biggest weakness. Because of that, I think that while Arizona will want to be a bit more conservative, they're going to be forced at some point to throw more than they'd prefer. That's why I think Murray might be able to throw for 250, but I'd be surprised if he went much over that.
-
Lamar is only a "must start" if he runs. He's a bad passing QB, so if he's not getting you 10+ points on the ground, he's a QB2.
-
I expect to be as bad a qb as before... possibly worse. Fortunately, reality doesn't matter in fantasy football. Atlanta is pretty good against the pass, so I'll put Murray at 185 yards passing (maybe a TD), but I'd expect about 50 yards rushing and 1 TD (maybe more)... so, about 18 point. I could see a scenario where they'll want him to be reserved with rushing. If that happens, he may throw for 250 and rush for only 15 or so yards (scrambling), which could mean no TD's at all.

I don't think it changes, honestly. Jones isn't good. The Giants were best served to get the ball out of Jones' hand a.s.a.p., with any and every other QB they have, that should still be the goal. Handoffs and dump offs should be a priority.
-
Oh, so comprehension is the issue? [shocker!!!] You misunderstood. I wasn't saying that Gabbert is/was good. I was saying that Lawrence is a backup, much like Gabbert. At that point, when we're talking about QB's in the 40-50, take you're pick on who you want. Also, I don't think you can call someone a "homer", when they're right a LOT. My guess is that you didn't like that my opinions differed from your eyes and I was right more often. Sorry I hurt your feelings Mr. Nah-uh.

The way Jones has been playing? Don't see why not. Even if DeVito is beyond terrible, that's only a slight downgrade.... maybe.
-
LOL, and you have the nerve to call other people homers.
-
Always blows when someone gets hurt. One thing the Giants can be thankful for though, is that regardless of who comes in to play QB, there'll be no drop off.
-
I think it could be both. He knows a dumpster fire when he sees one, but he's willing to be a part of it if someone's willing to pay him.

I never said she was intelligent.

She's one of the people that I have on my "I don't get the appeal", list, just like Timberlake. That said, good for her. Have at it. I hope she can keep doing it. She's doing what she loves and is making bank.

Spotrac.com estimated that Sweat was worth $25.5M AAV, he got $24.5M, so I don't think he was overpaid. Now, I'm not saying that PFF is the be-all-end-all of rankings and grading, but heading into the season, they rated him as the 8th best edge rusher last year. I'm inclined to think they didn't overpay him.
-
Oh, I don't have a problem with Sweat taking the money, I just gave him too much credit for taking if from a team that's not going to win many games the first half of his contract. I figured he'd have had enough with losing in Washington, that's all. I wouldn't be shocked if 15 months from now, he's asking for a trade. Boggled my mind that the Giants gave Jones all that money. I mean, only a 5 year old would've thought that was a good idea. Tampa and the Giants have the same QB... Tampa is paying $2M for 1 year while the Giants are paying $92M (guaranteed money). How stupid!! I should give the Giants owner my resume. On it would be 1 sentence: "I am not dumb enough to guarantee Daniel Jones $92M". I'd instantly be more qualified than their current GM.
-
It's ok though, because he's on their side.
-
I have to stop giving certain people too much credit. I thought the Giants were too smart to give a below average QB $40M... I was wrong. I thought Sweat was too smart to sign a deal with a bad team heading in the wrong direction, again, I was wrong. No pattern, as one time it was the team I believed in and the other it was the player. I think the right move nowadays is to ask myself, "What is the dumbest possible outcome?", and that's what's most likely to happen.
-
...and TD's. I think it was by 3? 17 and 14 I think I remember hearing.
-
LOL, it's in the reports dude. You should just act like the rest of your piece of trash cohorts, chalk it up as a loss, and pretend it doesn't exist.

I literally posted a link to a report that said that 13 Million students reported being sexually assaulted, harassed, and abused during their time in school. The report was from 2005. Here's what I believe happened. The kids, like most victims (I believe the MeToo movement pointed this out, ad nauseum), they didn't report it at the time, and didn't do so until after the fact. I also believe, yes, the school brushed it under the carpet, backed their teachers, etc, etc... you know, like all you libtards say that happen with the police. Here's another link, jackazz... https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/protecting-children-from-sexual-abuse/202305/educator-sexual-misconduct-remains-prevalent-in Small excerpt: "Of the 6632 participants, 11.7 percent reported having experienced at least one form of educator sexual misconduct during grades K-12." 11.7% of 6632 = 776 students. Let's extrapolate that for a second. Let's assume that HALF are lying (trying to help you out)... and another quarter are exaggerating (again, trying to help you out), and we'll go with only 3% is real. There are approximately 50M children enrolled in public schools in the US. What's 3% of 50M? It's about 1.25 MILLION. Clearly, that's a problem. Don't you think? Dude, just google "teachers sexual abuse statistics". You'll find a lot of links. Here's another one ("Sexual Abuse by Teachers is on the rise")... 8th (13 year olds), through 11th (17 year olds). Excerpt: Of children in 8th through 11th grade, about 3.5 million students (nearly 7%) surveyed reported having had physical sexual contact from an adult (most often a teacher or coach). The type of physical contact ranged from unwanted touching of their body, all the way up to sexual intercourse. This statistic increases to about 4.5 million children (10%) when it takes other types of sexual misconduct into consideration, such as being shown pornography or being subjected to sexually explicit language or exhibitionism.

Wait, you think all of the victims were 16+? These were kids from ALL ages and ALL grades.
