    Saw the movie in the theater.  Absolutely awesome. 

    A few observations:

    + Florence Pugh likes to show her tittays.  They're small but she gets an A for effort

    + Favorite scene was scientists trying to determine "safe" distance given limited data and the technology available at the time :shocking:

    I'm also not looking to get some strange (old) poosay on the cruise. It's more about the convenience of seeing multiple countries without having to deal w travel in-between locations.

    The wife and I are starting to kick around ideas for a Europe trip this summer. 

    I've seen the commercials for Viking River Cruises and was wondering if any of you homos have ever booked a vacation w them. 

    If so would you recommend?  Any feedback on your experience?

    I took my son and his GF (both mid 20s) as a Christmas gift; she is a Tool fan and it seemed like a good way to bond with them as a couple, while seeing a bucket list band for me.  Thing is, she knows the better-known songs (like the ones I listed), as do I and I would guess most of the attendees.  If you are going to play half of your concert from your new stuff, you should be better about the older stuff.  Then again, going against the grain is a very Tool thing to do.

    I've seen TOOL several times on their last couple of tours. 

    I was surprised that this most recent one was still so Fear Innoculum heavy since they had previously toured for the album.  Perhaps this tour is considered the 2nd leg of that tour?  :dunno:

    I was pleasantly surprised by the setlist they performed at Aftershock back in Oct.  This would have been more to your liking as it had fewer Fear Innoculum songs.

    Flying down to see HAKEN in LA this weekend. :pointstosky:

    Earlier this week I bought a ticket to see a band called Wheel.  Finnish band which has some TOOL-like vibes. 

    Show is at a tiny venue in May so should be fun.  Tickets were only $15.  Fun to see at checkout that the "service fee" for purchasing online was almost 50% of the ticket price ($7.48)!  Fockers.

    @jerryskids - I believe they are playing in PHX area so you might want to check them out.

    I have noticed before that I seem to rub you- the wrong way.  You seek the worst interpretation of my remarks rather than taking them at face value. If I insulted you I do not remember, but I apologize.  I feel no need to get into it with you.  frankly your reaction to me surprises me. my memory of our interactions is that I have supported you and have always been respectful, but i do know I can be caustic and perhaps i was once with you.

    I think you should message her to see if she's down for some MUA.

    Odd that when I lived in NY I never heard anyone call it boxes, though. 

    Maybe it's like the "soda" vs "pop" thing? In my part of NY (Binghamton) everyone says soda.  My wife is from Rochester and there they says pop.  :dunno:

    No argument there.  Just mentioning that they previously won for their own music. 

    Edit: I've always felt like BÖC was a reasonable comparison for Ghost.

    Agreed that if rap can have multiple categories then it would make sense for something similar for metal.  Need a progressive metal category fo sho! 

    Ghost did win a Grammy several years ago for their song Cirice.
