8 hour timer only works if nights and weekends are paused for longer. I prefer a 12 hour draft timer with pausing only midnight to 6 and no additional weekend pausing. I also think if someone has vacation planned far enough in advance then the start date can be moved with a 3/4 majority.

I agree, but that is a long way in the future. You have to get to the point where automated driving vehicles are the majority of vehicles and then wait 20 years for all of the regular driving cars to wear out and be replaced. What you are forecasting is at least 30 years out it sounds like.

We should make sure all owners are aware the draft is starting, before the draft starts. I had no idea the draft was going to start, i expected you to wait for all payments and the start date of the draft to be pushed back to be honest. I would have sent out more trade offers. I suggest we give @taco breath enough time to login to the site, take care of everything, and then make his own draft pick. We are not in a rush at this point in the season.
