    Four-year-old Jonathan Keane, sitting two rows above the dugout alongside his father, Tom, and 2-year-old brother, had no time to react. The ball struck him in the face, and Jonathan was immediately in agony. Jim Rice, realizing in a flash that it would take EMTs too long to arrive and cut through the crowd, sprang from the dugout and scooped up the boy. He laid the boy gently on the dugout floor, where the Red Sox medical team began to treat him.

    When the boy arrived at the hospital 30 minutes later, doctors said, without a doubt that Jim's prompt actions saved the boy's life. Jim returned to the game in a blood-stained uniform. A real badge of courage. After visiting the boy in the hospital, and realizing the family was of modest means, he stopped by the business office and instructed that the bill be sent to him.

    You know, the kind who can change their hair or makeup or whatever and you have no idea who they are. 

     

    For example, the two at the top of my list are Scarlet Johanson and Kiera Knightly

     I think KK is just gorgeous, crazy talented and seemingly really cool.  

    But damn,  she's damn near a shape shifter. 🤯❤️

    To clarify a bit: Gal Godot is beautiful, but I've seen her in at least 5-6 movies and there's never been a time when I've not thought "that's GG".

    The same applies to guys too, but the women definitely stand out.

    Pave over every square inch of a million acre flat surface with concrete and diddly drainage.

    Big root issue is constitutional; 

    You can't penalize homelessness in an environment wherein affordable housing options arent feasible.  Especially public land. 

    End of the day, a lot of it goes back to debtors prisons era.

    No expert, but I know the circuit courts are deluged.  I have no idea the answers.

    Pretty sure Schindler would like a do-over on that guy's family.

    Here's what pisses me off about all that. 23 million Americans will lose their ACP benefit this month. What is that? It stands for the affordable connect program.  ACP

    That program provides discounted, subsidized connectivity for 23 million of America's most vulnerable. And I think we can all agree that whatever side of the fence you're on, giving people access to the ability to look for jobs, schedule medical appointments, locate resources, stay connected, etc.

    Bidens giving out debt forgiveness to people with mid six incomes. I've lost track of how much we've directly given UKE, but I'll guarantee you there's an equal amount that Congress, WH, Pentagon have funneled. We're building gazillion dollar carriers that even the NAVY doesn't want. 

     

    Not to mention all the GD pork funneled to Current members on both sides. 

    And meanwhile, what amounts to maybe $25 a month - a piddling amount - can't even get on the Congressional Calendar. 

     

    It's the first time in a long time I've written multiple representatives, but GD it, there's not another single program out there that is more efficacious as this. 

    Just a huge indictment of the whole GD system.
