Week 9 update: McGahee - 109 - Miller Lewis - 53 - Battle Caddy - 59 - Dr.J R. Brown - 83 - Dr. J Foster - 39 - Battle (S. Davis - 106) Benson - 14 - Dr. J Branch - 72 - Battle R. Williams - 23 - Dr. J It looks like I was way wrong on Jam (my gut failed me). I thought the fact that this was his contract year and that he also had somethiong to prove after his jail time would be incentive enough for him to put together a great year....oh well. So, unless there is a miracle...........I will be sending a case of brew-ha-ha to my man Miller. As far as my bets with DrJ.............I knew Branch would out-point Williams. And if it weren't for old ass S. Davis coming back from micro-fracture surgery (which I didn't think he would).......Foster would have easily kicked all the rookies asses. So, unless a miracle happens here as well..............we split. -
Good game my bro...............

You need to cut a player ASAP.............. You have too many players.

Watts was dropped a couple of weeks ago on October 12th, so he is legal. McCown isn't a legal cut though because he was picked up in Friday's lottery. Fubars is stuck with him through next week. I thought the same thing at first but after re-reading the rules........he is o-kay. d. Churning rule: If you pick-up a player during the FCFS process...you cannot drop him until the following week's (Wednesday's) waiver wire. He picked up McCown during Fridays normal waiver process and not in FCFS so the move is legit...............

why is Az hakim still on S&S roster?

I have read the rule over and over. I also returned to our discussion threads about our waiver wire process and re-read them. I honestly believe the "Intent" of the rule was so that no owner could "pick-up" a guy who had just played the early game. Meaning, that no name who just went off or that studs back-up who just got injured (which I stated in the e-mail I sent out.) Since our rule isn't crystal clear (like JetDoc stated) about it...I will abide by our League Governments wishes and drop someone else. But I want everyone to know that I am an extremely honest and fair person.....and I believe in my heart that I didn't do anything wrong but I can see where it might have been perceived that way. I picked up Ferotte and dropped Seattle's "D"............. Sorry for the confusion. One more thing...........I continually check our waiver wire process for wrong doings and if someone else dropped a guy from an early game I would not have caught it because I wouldn't have thought it against the rules. -
Yo Jet............ You didn't read enough........... c. Players dropped on Friday's processed round and/or on the weekends FCFS..."ARE NOT" eligible for pick-up until the following week's (Wednesday's) waiver wire. Which means I reversed your Panther pick-up................

Let me know if this occurs again. We'll get it fixed. Shiat like this doesn't happen in the Landry League................ I guess the commish over there is much better

Only if S. Davis never came back...............a guy can only hope. -
The rules state kick-off of first game: Waivers: Owners from may pick up Free Agents after the draft through the start of week 16. From the end of the draft and the start of the regular season, waivers will be processed twice a week, once on Tuesday morning and once on Friday morning. Once the regular season starts the waiver process will be open for requests from Tuesday at 12:00 am EST to Wednesday at 6 am EST. They will then be processed sometime Wednesday morning. From the time the waivers are processed to the kickoff of the first game of the week waivers will be first come first served. Waives are closed from the start of week 16 to the end of the free agent draft. Max rounds for waivers will be 4 rounds. With that being said........ I want to drop D. Patten and pick-up B. Finneran B. Finneran will be in my starting line-up for this weekend's games. I sent an e-mail to our commish already.

In MFL.com.................they have these functions for waiver wire order: Overall Winning Percentage Head to Head Total Points Divisional Winning Percantage Reverse Order of Opponent Total Points Scored Power Rank As you can see, a few of them do not apply at all (in red). I used the first three in the following order: 1) Overall Winning Percentage 2) Head to Head 3) Total Points That explains why Colorado is listed #3 and I am listed #4 because I beat Krispy and the Bombers beat DrJ. So, to circumvent me manually doing it every damn week I am making a new LAW.........I am going to get rid of the "head to head" and just go with: 1) Overall Winning Percentage 2) Total Points Starting as of now................case adjourned.

I have no idea why you didn't put a defense in your starting line-up but since you are playing me I put one in for you (the only one on your roster). Hopefully it was a typo.....................
