I'm filling my league with only the best I can find. I don't want you unless you stay active through posts/email and most importantly, through the offseason. We will use a practice squad, a one year rookie hold list (so you aren't stuck signing a long term contract a rookie that might flop right out of the gate), and caps on contracts and salaries.
