Well I'm on board with making the system equal. If such a system were offered to them, and they turned it down because of the name, then fock them, they can go to hell. I did in Europe. I took the train from London to Edinburgh, which was a pretty long haul. It was very enjoyable. You watch the countryside go by, read, hit the bar car, chat with fellow travelers. I also took the Chunnel from London to Paris, then a regular train from Paris to Amiens. The Chunnel is very cool. The regular French trains were just ok. I freaked out cause I fell asleep, and didn't speak French well enough to ask where we were, and if I had missed my stop. I wish we had trains here. Its an enjoyable way to travel. I want to do the Trans Siberian Express some day, from Moscow to Vladivostok. I think that would be amazing.

This is one thing non-smokers just don't get. Smoking is being part of a community. The vast majority of my friends over the years I met huddled in a group outside of a school or office building while smoking. Truthfully, the nicotine addiction part of smoking isn't the hardest part of quitting. You find yourself in a situation where "hell, everyone I know is outside smoking, what am I supposed to do, stay in here and work all day?" kind of thing. What do I do on breaks now? Driving is annoying, as you are used to smoking in the car. And forget drinking and not smoking, can't be done. We may be outcasts, but we are a tight knit bunch of outcasts.

CJ will be more involved in the passing game this season, so that will help, especially in a PPR. And yes, I think the Titans passing game will be better this year than last. I think by seasons end, Britt will be the #2, and he'd just built for "go up and get it" routes. Cook is fast, and on passing downs, will create mismatches. I think the Titans O will be much improved.

This line of b.s. by the Republicans pisses me off. The security of our nation SHOULD be politicized. Basically, you have two viewpoints. The right is arguing that the ends justify the means, and that ignoring the law and violating our principle makes us safer, and that it is ok for America, land of the free, to torture people and hold them without trial to that end. The left says the our principles (human rights, due process of law) are inviolate. For any reason. See these things are in our CONSTITUTION. I'm not just talking about the piece of paper, I'm talking what makes America what it is. The left argues that ignoring the law and torturing people in the long run will make us less safe, not more, and in any event, is not what Americans do. One of these viewpoints will win out. And it should be THE PEOPLE who decide which, not D!ck Focking Cheney sitting in a room refusing to discuss his policies. There should be an open debate here. What are we willing to do or become to be safer? It is the biggest question of this age.
