No not at all, before his death I just knew him as someone who appeared on Fox as a guest. I wasn’t aware of the whole public debate & TPUSA movement. I *was aware of TPUSA as a campaign organization doing fundraising & campaigning around campuses but that was it.

Dems used to talk like this, Clinton too. And it’s not just deportations - Obama deported a lot as did Biden, more than Trump until this year. It’s about revising the INA so that the government can both follow the law and adhere to due process while controlling immigration. Freedom Caucus wrecked the Graham-Obama bill around 2014 & Trump wrecked the Lankford-Biden bill in 2024.

It’s really weird how the US built the first global rail system from city steps & multiple lines in every city from coast to coast. We tore us up & wrecked our city centers. And now Europe, Japan & China can do this & we can’t. It’s crazy.

Mr. Hanky’s Christmas special might’ve been the hardest laugh I’ve had watching tv in my life. Great show, subtlety intellectual. Tons of cultural references. Hell of a success story the way they did it too.
