    Wallace a Bull

Shaq averaged 24/10 and shot 65% from the field in 10 games vs Ben this year, unless the Bulls go to a zone defense, this move does very little in a rematch vs the Heat.

    Best National Lampoon Vacation movie

Billy Zabka plays the boyfriend of Audrey Griswold in European Vacation, and true to form ends up being the bad guy, as he dumped her for her friend Debbie. European Vacation may not compare to the 1st/3rd of the series, but it still had many great quotes/moments.

    Top 5 bounceback players in 2006 !

I don't agree with Culpepper...new city, new offense, and a bad knee. I still think the Phins should have done whatever it took to get Brees. The much better QB for the system/players on that offense.

    Marion Barber III

I hope not, he goes down everytime they go for his ankles, very easy to wrapup. The guy can't kick out, whenever the DL/LB's grab ahold of his foot.

***Official NBA Finals Game 1 Thread***

Heat in 6. I just hope Shaq can play the game, and isn't hampered with foul trouble, cause he is still a incredible force out there when not having to alter his approach on both ends cause of early fouls.

    Death Pool Update

No joke. I remember he broke in early 90, if not sooner cause he had a fued with Hogan after WM6, sorry but I am having trouble beleving he was in his mid 20's back then. I had him pegged for 35-40 in those days.

    My poor cats

I do remember and gave you some advice, as a owner of a 10 year old cat and had him since birth, but by pure luck he has never been sick so I haven't dealt with a vet in ages. My advice would be to try and work out a payment plan, and let us know how he is doing.

Yes, and you bought into it 100% didn't you, despite warning from the Niners fans?

Priest planning on returning for '06 season

Priest will steal nothing from LJ, not rushes, yards, or TD's. We are not forgetting the incredible force LJ was last year, are we? I mean, even if he comes back it will be just like Faulk last year with the Rams, so very little fantasy impact on Larry.

    Barry Bonds

I think it makes sense, lord knows you won't have to spend on Pistons tickets this June, thanks to Shaq, Wade, and the boys.

    Barry Bonds

I have begun to feel sorry for him, when I saw that scrub pitcher from the Astros throwing at him for a entire at bat on purpose a few weeks back, that is when I say enough is enough.

    Congrats To MIAMI!

Shaq is keeping this team focused, he is making it damn clear the job isn't done, did you see how he just dissed the Eastern Conference trophy? The Heat are lucky to have him, for a team who is making their 1st trip to the Finals ever, it could be easy to be satisfied as it is.

    dallas mavericks

I think it could go either way, but the Heat won't blow these big leads like the Suns did vs the Mavs, that series was a lot closer than I thought. Miami gets much better/easier shots through their offense, so should be better suited to sustain a lead, something the Suns had trouble doing in the 2nd half in the WCF. Wade also is a great closer, if the game is tight.

    NBA Finals

I think the key will be how the Heat defense does against Terry/Harris, both are small quick guards who can shoot/penetrate, both areas have given the Heat problems this year. I just fear Terry shooting the 3 and Harris breaking down the defense, if they can contain both aspects, then I like the Heat in 6. The defense has to be up for the challenge, you know Dirk will get his, but this is a much faster, deeper, and better offense than what Miami faced in the ECF. The Pistons are prone to long scoring droughts, and don't have one guy who is unstoppable like the Mavs have, so it's gonna be tough. I am sure of one thing, that is Cuban will be sending tape to the NBA office before the series starts all based on Shaq, he did it when he was in LA and you know he will do it now. I just hope both Shaq/Wade aren't hampered with early foul trouble, cause they should get what they want on offense, it's gonna be a good series.
  20. I thought the Pistons were all about team, so why are you holding on to one individual play, just face the fact Shaq beat his ass in this series in every area from start to finish. I mean, if that block was straight up then props to him, but he came from the weakside while Sheed was covering him just to drive home the point even more he can't do anything with him one on one. I stand by what I said, both Chandler and Collins presented a tougher challenge, at least they got him in foul trouble which is half the battle against Shaq. The both of them also and made him work harder than Ben did to score. Shaq tore Ben apart in every catergory in this series, just accept it. Shaq 21.7ppg 10.5rb 2.3blk just shot 65.5% from the field in series against the defensive player of the year and 12-14 in Game 6. Ben 6.0ppg 9.5rb 0.6blk Now what?

    Congrats To MIAMI!

The better team clearly won, funny what a healthy rib in Wade's case and a fresh Diesel can do, they both looked pretty damn unstoppable vs this great defense. Riley certainly has shoved all the crap he was getting, back in the haters faces.
  24. The luck has finally run out, so this is what happens when you face a healthy team? Wade kicked your ass again, you couldn't stop him last year nor this year, no rib injury this time. Shaq obviously was healthy this year, unlike last, look at the stats all series long vs last year and the consisent force he was. The four all-stars looked very average in this series, in fact the one who didn't make it, was your best player. I just saw the two best players in the series, hardly miss a shot all series, against your big bad defense. Shaq and Wade got whatever the hell they wanted, all series long. Mr. Big shot....seems more like Mr. Big miss. I notice how all the MVP talk has died down, hard to make a case for him next year, when he just got toasted by Jason freaking Williams in a must win game. Rip, the guy who has to run off 30 screens just to get open, what happened to your shot? The next Reggie my ass. Big Benny...how can we justify him as the defensive player of the year, even Chandler and Collins put up a better fight against Shaq in the previous rounds. Shaq KILLED Ben in every area in this East Final, in a do or die game we see Shaq shoot 12-14 from the field, and took him apart all series long. Mr team guy, who blames his coach after a loss, and refuses to enter a game earlier in the year like the true whiner he really is but Det media won't call him on it. The best thing about the Pistons loss, is not having to hear that loud annoying overweight PA guy, with his stupid catchphrases, time to retire that absurd..."Detroit Basketball" nonsense.

    Sheed sucks

I hate Sheed, he is showing signs of being a Jailblazer again with that tanturm tonight, if they don't get him under control he will walk all over Flipper just like he did with Dunleavy/Cheeks.
