That was my problem last year where I finished in 9th place out of 10. A contributing factor was the 'keeping' of Dante Culpepper from the year before who sucked like a Hoover last year before the FF Gods showed mercy on me and broke the ahole's leg thereby eliminating him from consideration.
Bottom line is play the percentages which means your studs even if the matchup seems horrendous. Tiki, Westbrook and Holt struggling will probably get me as much as someone the 'experts' say should have a breakout week. Any given Sunday............

Well, I think he'll have a good game but shouldn't be forced to throw alot so I doubt he'll post over 30 points. Then again, teams seem to want to run up some scores this year despite being way ahead.

Well it looks like someone is hooking someone up here but instead of assisting a team to run away it's making things tighter. The guy on the good side of this may squeek into the playoffs and then crush everyone. I'd veto it on the principle that it is so lobsided.

Guy in my league just sent me a trade offerring E. James and Brett Farve for Tiki. He's got a pretty decent team but he's guessing since my QBs are Delhomme, Carr and Ruthlesshamburger that I'll bite on this. I told him thanks for the laughs.

Cuz Bledsoe sucks dude. I'd have Glenn ride the pine until Parcells pulls his head out of his ass and starts Romo. Then again, I have Holt, Hozyermamma and hopefully Stallworth will get his lazy ass off my bench.

I'm up 73 points (playing 10th place team) with Tiki left to play and he has Jacobs and Witten. I'm just adding points to retain second place. I need about 30 points out of Tiki to stay there.

I had Rudy last year as well as Cory Dillan and Dante Culpepper. Those fags got me ninth place out of ten and I will NEVER let a Patriot on my team again. The Pats announce who'll play about 3 mins before game time. Wait for Rudi to get a 100 yd game then ditch his ass.
In a PPR league, obviously you needed to draft Tiki, Westbrook, LT, LJ, etc.....I got
Tiki, Westbrook and Holt in the 1st three rounds. Needless to say, they're bailing me out while I wait for Donte Stallworth to wipe the sand out of his crack and MAN UP!

Vick shows signs of improvement and Pittsburgh shows signs of implosion coughing balls up 3 times near their 20 yard line.
Eagles will not run away with division so they can't sit players late in season so lots of Dec FF points coming.
No game is a lock; see Jax, San Diego, Pittsburgh, Arizona, etc....
If you're not planning for weeks 15,16,17 already, you won't be a factor in them.

If they don't get their defense straight, the only stat padding he'll be doing in January is missing out on yet another AFC title game. He'll be the Colin Monty of the football world. Greatest player to never go to the big game.
Also, Manning still has some respect to gain back after tossing his Offensive line under the bus last year after Pittsburgh painted his ass. Sure he was frustrated at the time but you (as QB) are the leader and he looked like crap that first half. Pittsburgh had him not knowing whether to crap or go sailing.
Of course if I had him on my FFT, I'd be 7-0 instead of 5-2. Focking Westbrook and Stallworth not playing those couple weeks AND not being announced as such in a timely manner cost me. I hate goose eggs.

I'm with ya brutha............they've given up some points but no more than 19 and they've scored 3 TDs. Not a bad pickup and they've got some good matchups coming up. Who knows though.......guy with Baltimore def got torched by Delhomme and those dudes are animals.

Funny stuff. Give Portis the iron-man award, tho, for getting up and hobbling off the field before collapsing. Holy crud, most of us woulda required two carts to get off the field. One for the torso, and the other for the smocking pile of nard-dust smouldering 10 feet away form the collision.

Norwood got just about the same amount of yards as Dunn today. That's one good example.
Last year, Willie Parker was the man for Pittsburgh until the goal line then out came the Bus (Bettis). He had like 500 yards for the whole year but prolly more TDs than Parker.

Pittsburgh imploded again just like the did for Cincy earlier this year. Vick did show improvement late in the game but had Pittsburgh held onto to the focking ball, I'd be here gloating instead of eating a blackbird.
Good call on starting Vick; now all owners of Vick will start him next week and without the first half gifts he'll net you 12 points.

Pitt defense struggled a couple games because the offense has left them on the field far too long. Now that their offense is on their way back, the defense will do for 4 quarters what it has been doing for 3 all year. Shut em down.......
Here's my bold prediction; Vick won't do squat and sometime during the game he leaves with a mysterious injury and then throws his head coach/offensive coordinator under the bus yet again. The guy is an overpayed Antwaan Randle El; a receiver who can fill in at times for QB.

Sell, sell, sell!
Now is the time to dump Vick especially when you have Bulger. You appear to need a lock starter each week to go with T.O. so I say pull the trigger. You can always fish the waiver wire for a QB to plug in to get you by or trade off in case Bulger gets hurt.
