    trade offer (keeper league)

i've been offered Jamal Charles and Dez Bryant for Randy Moss and LT2. I'm leaning against taking the trade, but it is a keeper/auction league and Charles and Bryant are both potential cheap keepers for next year. My other WR's are Mike Wallace, Johnny Knox and Derrick Mason, my other RB's are Ryan Matthews, Johnathan Stewart and Reggie Bush. (i'll also have Brandon Jackson for week 2 as i have the #1 waiver pick this week.) any input would be appreciated -- please feel free to link your questions and i'll weigh in on yours if you weigh in on mine. thanks!

    5th pick

it's not a PPR league. standard 1pt/10 yds rush/rec + 6 per td. i think i like williams as well -- my other thoughts were sjax, lt2, or the top wr. thanks for the advice.

    5th pick

i've drawn draft position 5 in TWO leagues (one with 10 teams, one with 12). while i generally like drafting in the middle of the round, i think 5 is a tough spot this year. who do you like at 5, assuming peterson, mjd, turner and forte are gone?

I'll answer Q's for the next 30 minutes

i'm in a 12 team auction keeper league. every year we can keep up to three players. our auction isn't until this weekend, but our keepers are due tonight. we start qb/rb/rb/wr/wr/wr/te/pk/dst. 6 points for all td's. 1 pt. per 10 yds. rush/rec; 1 pt. per 25 yds. passing. with a total salary cap of $125, i'm planning to keep marion barber for $7 and willis magahee for $8. my options for the third keeper are: jamal lewis for $18 brett favre for $8 eli manning for $8 i don't really have any value keepers at wr. any thoughts/recommendations? thanks.

Mega Trade: Brady for Fitzgerald and Roethlisberger

i like that second deal better -- never hurts to boost your depth at rb. that way if you have an injury, or if kevin smith doesn't pan out, you're still pretty strong with lewis and maroney. any thoughts here?: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=320131

    4th overall pick

addai. i draft 5th, and am hoping he slides to me, but i doubt he will. any thoughts here?: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=320131

    KEEPER question.

damn, you've got some studs at wr. if delhomme and smith both stay healthy, smith is a top 5 wr easy. not sure how likely that is, though. santonio is only going to get better, and i'm iffy about the qb situation in zona. so... if you can only keep the guy this year, i'd lean toward steve smith. if this guy's gonna be on your team for another 2-3 years, i'd lean toward holmes. either way, it's a nice problem to have. help on my keepers? : http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=320131

    Just Had My Auction Yesterday

looks good -- edwards, johnson, holmes and marshall could ALL potentially be top 10 wr's. i also like kevin smith, and think he'll end up starting for you over turner. i might consider trading one of those wr's for some depth at rb if possible, but overall i like the team. out of curiosity, what was your salary cap, and how much did k. smith and santonio cost? any help on an auction keeper question would be appreciated: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=320131

    Interesting trade proposal...

as a steeler fan, i love mendenhall as a potential keeper option, but you've got to try to win this year first. obviously, you're set with gore and barber. do you have any other rb's on your roster? if mendenhall is your third option, you could be in trouble on bye weeks and in case of injuries. if he's your fourth option, you're in much better shape. maybe you can postpone the deal for a week or two to see how the steelers play it this year? help on my keeper question?: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=320131

    Trade S.Jax for Addai?

i love the qb/wr double dip, but would shy away from the qb/rb combo -- too many eggs in one basket, even if it is the colts' basket. anyone would be thrilled to start a fantasy squad with peyton and sjax. help here?: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=320131

    Rate My Draft!

is that a 10 team or 12 team league? i like the squad -- andre johnson stays health, i love your squad. i think thomas jones has potential for a big year, but even if he falters, you're deep at rb anyway -- nice job. help on my keeper question?: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=320131
  13. great looking team -- strong and deep at all positions. i'd like to provide a more critical review, but i really can't find anything to ###### about -- i'd be thrilled with that squad. nice job. please help with a keeper question: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=320131

Trade Help, will respond to urs...

i agree -- i'd give up mjd and driver. i'd rather have portis than mjd, and you can always find another wr on the waiver wire if necessary. advice on my keeper question would be greatly appreciated: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=320131

Do I have a winning team? (leave a link)

i'm ok with taking kevin smith a bit higher than he's usually slotted -- i'm fairly high on him too. i also actually think that warner is going to put up good numbers as long as he's healthy -- question is how long will that be? if chad's shoulder holds up, you're set at wr -- maybe you can trade a wr for a qb? thanks for any help on my keeper problem: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=320131
