I agree many people are not happy about inflation. Now, I guess to realtim that means they are SUFFERING through a CRISIS! I don't see it that way, but he is generally a crisis driven guy so that is what it is. Now, saying the economy isn't doing well? I don't totally agree AND a lot of that is unrelated to the horrible CRISIS that is taking place in the middle east.
-
Keep in mind, when Trump was in his first term, there were a lot of liberals openly hoping for a recession, and I have to wonder, especially since recent people are willing to forgo everything they find important to GET TRUMP, if this isn't so much a prediction as a hope that a crisis ensues.

So just a whataboutism here? Ok. Gotcha
-
Awesome. Florida is much worse. Totally irrelevant to the happenings in Minnesota, but your point is taken. Do you wanna start a Florida fraud thread instead of bring in something unrelated to Minnesota?
-
So your opinion is we are suffering. Ok. Sorry to hear that for you. That's fine if you feel that way
-
I'm not sure you understand the question. Slow down and read please. Tim said it was a crisis, and said that we would all be suffering for years. I am asking, since we are 2.5 months into this, and it hasn't happened yet, when would it happen. So, again, i didn't say tim said it would happen 2.5 months into it. I am saying when exactly does it start? Yes others aren't as lucky as me. that's trrue every single day in this country. This will ever change. I am asking when the crisis starts?

I went over this. My weekly gas increase currently sits at $10 per week. Would be $20 if my car got 25MPG vs the 50MPG I get because I have a hybrid. So that's not suffering. Ttimmy said gas would reach $10 a gallon and we would all suffer because of this crisis and it would last years. So, again, I am asking, we are 2.5 months into this and I am curious as to when this would start. Can you help? Or do you just want to argue
-
Read the thread. He said it would happen and last years. I am asking when it starts? Here is the link to his comments saying as such https://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/topic/520362-iran/

Hang on big fella. Slow your roll. Anyone who has been in this thread realizes the $50 was an exaggeration. So back off. As far as suffering. Tim said everyone would suffer. Everyone, for years and years. Not just some. All of us. And I am asking, 2.5 months into this, when does that happen exactly?
-
Exaggeration, caine predicted a crisis. And said we would all suffer because of it. 2.5 months in. Are we suffering?
-
2.5 months since this started. And yet, we are all still here. Gas isn't $50 a gallon like realtim predicted. The economy isn't in tatters. We are all still here. When does the CRISIS start????
-
Well, yeah I mean I didn't argue that. He just seems like a decent d-bag

Awe come on. Fnord is OK. he's a loon liberal, but hes nowhere as bad as realtim. Least Fnord tells the truth.
-
Aand you're missing the point completely you Minnesotan. Not voting for someone is not the same as what realtim is describing.
-
Dude...You know this already.
-
Got news for you. i DID vote for Hillary--I swear to God I did. At the time I just thought Trump was a mess. And in many ways he has lived up to that. But he also impressed me in his first term, even with so much against him--so he got my vote in 2024. The difference between me and the realtims of the world is I won't abandon what is important to me JUST to go against someone else. Its TDS and it's ridiculous.

TDS is not a great term, I get that, but it is real. Look at realtim. he just said he will vote for anyone, regardless of what they stand for, as long as they are against Trump. How is that not TDS?

Insurance is DUMB---Especially in Michigan

Well here's the thing Mr Smarty pants. I have changed tires enough times to count. And I could do it again. I know which side of the jack is up. But I also am 59, make a decent living, and really don't want to change my tire myself. I pay people to do that crap for me now. One of the perks I guess. -
Literally what he said. He put on paper what most far left democrats want. Get Trump, at any cost. No care at all about the policies they represent. In fact, the dude actually said he doesn't like their policies. No matter. GET TRUMP. Nothing else matters. Mandami and the loon in Seattle can bankrupt their respective cities for all he cares. as long as they GET TRUMP in the process. I don't understand why people sit there and deny hat TDS exists. I really don't
-
Eaactly. Absolutely nothing else matters. Not policy, not average americans. Nothing. Except "not Trump" this did not work well in the last election but why not keep trying it?
-
Hakeem Jeffries, one of realtims favorite people now, wants to "break the spirit" of trump voters. Nice. yeah, the dems aren't violent at all and they only care about the people. Give me a break. TDS is real, very very real. It causes the left to do dumb things

That's important yes. I mean I did some checking and AAA seemed to get decent ratings overall. In Michigan, there is a new auto insurance company called CURE. They are advertising heavily. But...they are the worst in Michigan for complaints, and still very small. So they were out. Added bonus is we do have to sign up for AAA membership..which is only $39/year right now. And we get some benefits from that. So I feel this is a good move. -
The TDS is strong in this one and growing. The democrats have already been there. Blow up the supreme court, admit DC and PR, resort to violence. Whatever it takes to stop Trump. The dems don't care one tiny bit about democracy as long as it is against Trump. I'm surprised there are some far left liberals who aren't on board with this.

Well. After going back and forth with AAA, and making sure the coverage was the same, we are going to save over $1,800 per year with them over AAA. Biggest save was the home. Upped our deductible to $1,500...which we can afford. So yay. That's not anything to sneeze at. Course this is the first time I handled this Vs. the wife who usually likes to do these things. Men win again!
