    Kissinger ded

I hear people say it. Has any first world country officially declared him a criminal? I'll hold off playing legal scholar and cheering his death.

When ya disagree with someone's politics, you're happy when they die? Don't be embarrassed, there's lots of people like you. I'm the one who's embarrassed.

    GeoGuessr World Cup

    Spinal Tap 11

Don't remember the original being political .?. Just ad libbed with jokes. I hate sequels and if this had different actors, I'd have no interest. But with the original cast... HELL YES. Let's Rock!!!! Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight

My Week 13 NFL Power Rankings

Jags make playoffs (soft schedule nice) and go as far as rushing and defense can possibly take them - gotten 'em this far. Trevor Lawrence takes them no mo. Calling my shot - first round lose to any team.

What do u need Monday night?

I never look til Tuesday morning.
  7. Short and skinny, like Michael J. Fox, but without the shaking. The only geek I ever met was CDub - he looks like Chuck Liddell the mma fighter.
  8. 10 or fewer points is already rare in the modern NFL. For it to happen back-to-back and to LOSE both ... seems nearly impossible. I doubt anyone here lives to see that again. Let's go for three next week.
  9. 13 AFC Title games, 9 Super Bowls, 6 Super Bowl wins. If anyone comes close to that for my Dolphins, they can stay as long as they want.

    Michael Thomas? MIA

If Vegas offered injury futures wagers I would've made a fortune on Michael Thomas.

Why is there still a salary cap?

Without a salary cap, the NFL would probably be similar to MLB with dynasty teams. But middle- and low-payroll teams winning Titles occasionally. Only fans of dynasty teams like that system. Everyone else in America hates the stink'n Yankees.

    Browns QB

Joe Burrow boat? I too smelled the garbage cans ... Gardner Minshew & Will Levis. Need to shower after those adds. Both over Robinson. Browns are built to run and play D. Low scoring games. Few garbage points.

    Ukraine - Doomsday

    Officially mud-season in Ukraine.
  14. Agreed. Some don't even seem like missed calls, just pure spite between the ump and batter. MLB can't employ ball-strike calling bots fast enough for my taste.

    War in Israel

Google map Khan Younis... it's right there in the heart of southern Gaza. Anyone wondering what Israel was gonna do after operations in northern Gaza, wonder no more. The last time they dropped leaflets in northern Gaza, they waited 4 weeks before invading.
  16. They care. NFL refs are graded after every game. The only time I remember a player attacking a ref was Orlando Brown - Cleveland Browns about 20+ years ago. Ref threw the flag for a false start which hit Brown in the eye, so he shoved the ref to the ground before his teammates held him. He was fined and indefinitely suspended.. but that was all lifted after Brown spent the next week in a hospital trying to save his eye. Ended up getting cut (losing big-millions), missed the next three years, and career petered out. Wife divorced him, arrested a few times, found dead at 40 from diabetec issues. The penalty wasn't even on him.

    War in Israel

Even Israel supporters (me) have to admit Gazans live like 2nd class citizens, even if they didn't fear being killed. Ain't never long term peace when that's the situation. Voting Hamas to power added jet fuel to the fire.

De'Von Achane & Khalil Herbert Activated

A "college football guru" convinced me Roschon Johnson has great talent and would quickly be #1 in Chicago. I got taken again.

    War in Israel

News report of Israel driving remote control full sized jeeps into Hamas territories. They open fire and give positions away. Army steps in to wipe them out. One report said they put a dummy in the front seat. Pretty cool.

    War in Israel

I thought so too... Google map Khan Younis... it's on the other side of Gaza. Holy crap, the Israeli army really is headed south! Obviously there's Hamas and tunnels down south too, but ... the humanitarian toll. I thought Israel was already pushing it's limits of what the international community would allow. Now they really pushing it.
  21. Maturity from 6 years in the league helps explain the good game right after joining. Credit, he looked solid. Don't know about "unique talent." I foresee some rough seas. He's got a lot going for him. Vikings are loaded offensively and defense ain't looking too shabby. Team is rallying to win for Cousins and they're still in playoff contention.
  22. That's why God gave us two arms.... double grope. Hey baby!
  23. Agreed. As bad as Watson was, at least he didn't look like he was phoning it in. He was working hard, but his stats were bad. Passing game is below average and doesn't run like he used to. Maybe he can't run... Browns don't call designed runs.?. Watson returned after 1.9 years since his last snap in Hou, and stunk those final 6 games - seemed like rust. Then he looked bad at training camp and now another unimpressive 6 games. 2024 return... anyone hyped ? Browns went all in. They'd have been better off with any rookie qb they could've drafted in '22 or '23 with all those picks they gave away. And payed 'em beans compared to Watson's contract. Locked in though '26. Ouch.
  24. Watson was terrible for 6 games last year, and only slightly better for 6 games this year. Amazingly 5-1 as starter thanks to bad opponents and Browns stout defense. The back-up can't be much worse. It's funny, the Browns have a 6-3 record with a SuperBowl caliber defense.... yet most would agree - they ain't gonna win squat. Imagine would could've been had the Browns actually kept all those draft picks they gave up for Watson. Still don't have a first round pick til '25. Watson can't be traded or even restructured until after '26 and counts $64 mill against the cap next year, and the next, and the next. What a disaster.

    Ukraine - Doomsday

Let's see if Ukraine's fleet of F-16's impacts the war much next spring. Hoping coordinated attacks will result in large territorial gains. I'm also realistic to admit it might still be a stalemate. Russia sucks at fighting, but they're good at fighting for a long time.
