Conant High School in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, saw a parade of angry parents speak out at its school district's board meeting Wednesday night amid the local controversy involving the biological male making the team. An anonymous parent told Fox News Digital that her daughter did not make the cut for the team while the male student did make it, prompting her daughter to break into tears after her first day of school Monday. The mother said the trans athlete quit the team the very next day amid the controversy. The anonymous parent and another parent, in a Facebook post, claimed that the school's girls' volleyball coach quit her position amid the situation and is now only coaching boys' volleyball at the school. Many speakers at the District 211 board meeting on Wednesday spoke in opposition to trans inclusion in girls' sports, but others, in the left-leaning community, spoke in defense of it. Karen Powers, a mother of a Conant graduate, yelled loudly at the board members in outrage at girls having to compete against a biological male. Powers also referenced the apparent resignation of the coach from the girls' team. "A longtime beloved coach of the girls' volleyball team quit, and if she is here or watching, I have the utmost respect for you standing firm on your morals and values," Powers said, later raising her voice to yell, "It's not a girl's responsibility to feel uncomfortable or unsafe for the sake of a boy pretending to be a girl! He should be participating in sports designated for boys because he will always be one! When do the girls in D 2-11 get to feel safe, recognized and protected!?" Fellow Illinois mother Angela Christman, a longtime teacher, delivered a tempered lecture in opposition to males in girls' sports. "The current policy is trampling on the rights every other girl and her rights to privacy and protected spaces," Christman said.

The Kern County Board of Education in California on Tuesday became the latest blue state board of education to pass a local resolution to keep biological males out of girls sports while its state law does the opposite. The state has been a hotbed of controversy involving trans athletes competing in women's high school and college sports over the last year and a top target by President Donald Trump's administration for defying his mandate to enforce Title IX.     Trans people arent normal. Butch lesbians aren't normal. Trans women should never be allowed to use the womens bathroom. Butch lesbians can use the womens bathroom but dont get to whine when people think they look like men. I mean that is what they are trying to look like, lol. Being a butch lesbian doesnt make somebody a bad person. Being a butch lesbian that gets upset that people noticed she was a butch lesbian and then runs to the media afterwards and wastes our courts time and resources is absolutely a bad person. She can go eat a turd.

    If you have to ask this question then IMO you’re part of the problem. But to answer you: I would prefer a more woke society in which most people are both tolerant and accepting of gays and trans and regarded these people as normal, worthy of dignity and respect, and consideration. We’re far removed from that and to me this is depressing.

    This seems disingenuous. First, this is the obvious result of the anti-trans furor that is 100% a MAGA-made wedge issue. Nobody GAF until a convenient "other" was needed to rile people up, and transexuals fit that need perfectly. Gotta maintain a hot culture war for MAGA to be successful. Second, re: the bolded statement being patently absurd: this admin had done NOTHING BUT trash norms just to protect the feelings, ego, and wealth of one single person: Donald Trump. To say what you did, then turn the issue back on anyone other than DJT, is just an example of rank, unthinking partisanship.

    That would depend on the relevant state and local laws and policies of the restaurant as long as said policy did not contradict the laws. Doing a quick search it looks like Minnesota law allows trans individuals to use the bathroom of the gender they identify with, so my answer to your question would be no.

    One of the saddest things about the trans movement is that fugly women, who already had it hard enough before, no longer get the benefit of the doubt. In this case, dressing like that, she's not putting much effort into avoiding confusion.

    Ironically this is apparently next door to the school system with the trans bathroom rape from a few years ago. So, it’s being reported that staff at a high school arranged and payed for abortions for minors without contacting parents. This sh!t is why custodial relationships between school employees and students must be completely transparent.
