New League - Dynasty/Keeper Hybrid - PPR - LeagueSafe

Join this dynasty/keeper hybrid league in it's first year! The league is a player tenure league, which means a player's cost increases the longer he is on your team. Instead of being allowed to protect a fixed number of players, each team can protect a fixed number of years of service. For example, if you are allowed to protect 10 years of service, you could protect 10 different players that were newly drafted in the current season, five players that had been newly drafted the previous year, one player that you loved and held for 10 years, or any combination, such as a player that had been held for five years, another player that had been held for three years, and two players that were newly drafted in the current season. I feel that this type of league has the best balance between a Dynasty league and a Keeper league. We have several great coaches signed up all ready. I am looking to finish filling this league with dedicated coaches who are willing to be active and participate in the league year after year. We are looking for coaches who are dedicated, trustworthy and know their fantasy football but are at the same time laid back and fun. If you are interested in this league, please contact me via email and tell me a little about yourself. I would like to know a little about you and your fantasy experience before sending invitations, as it is important that we recruit only active, dedicated coaches. Edit: 3 spots left as of 7/30 ---- Hi all, I'm the Commish of an existing Keeper league and Dynasty League, and looking to start up one more before the regular season starts. The league would be a 2QB full PPR league with no defense or kicker spots. The rest of it would be formed via a democratic process between all owners, with a simple majority for changing rules on waivers, trades, etc. The initial process would look something like this: Post here or PM me if interested. Give me an idea of your FF background and other leagues you're in as well. I'll PM you the LeagueSafe link to pay your league dues + hosting fee (which is like $8 or $9 I believe split between 12 owners). Once you've paid, you're in. At that point, I'll send you an MFL franchise link, and wait for the other spots to get filled up. When we have a full house, I'll send out the time/date when the slow draft would start, and start inviting folks to GroupMe for communications. This is a 24 team semi-dynasty league with a double player pool. There are 2 conferences of 12 teams, but everyone will be drafting from the same double player pool and will be allowed to trade with one another. The initial startup draft will be a snake style draft with all veterans and rookies. It is a semi-dynasty in that we have a total of 22 contracts to hand out but a maximum of 45 players to a roster. I am not new to fantasy football, but I have never been in a Dynasty league. I have seen some leagues that have salaries and contract years, and that looks very appealing to me. Ideally, I would like to get into a league from the very beginning, not an owner replacement. I plan on setting what is known as a "Slow Draft" or "E-Mail Draft" mostly because we will have the ability to trade draft picks during our draft. Brand new 32 team IDP (2-16 team conferences with seperate player pools) contract/salary cap dynasty league getting under way. The name of this league is Fantasy League: Anything Goes Dynasty (FLAG Dynasty) As it is a contract league, the initial draft will be an auction followed by a snake style rookie draft to round out our rosters. Dynasty Heroes is a series of mocks that feature 24 man rosters that include both offensive and defensive players and include current NFL players and incoming rookies. The starting lineups consist of 15 players and each draft is 24 rounds. Dynasty Heroes is a “dynasty startup” format mock rather than a “dynasty rookie only” format. We've had an owner drop out of Punch Drunk Dynasty and we're looking for someone to take over the franchise. The league is a 12 team league that features large rosters with both offensive and defensive players. 30 players are kept each year and a 10 round rookie/free agent draft is conducted each July.
