I'm starting up a new dynasty league with a twist. I've been playing fantasy football for about 24 years (My first two picks were Barry Sanders and Rodney Hampton). Redraft leagues don't do it for me anymore so decided to start something new. -32 Man Rosters, with IDP, PK and PN. -Live Auction Draft to start the league off -Salary Cap, Contracts, Annual Rookie Draft, Blind bidding ONLY on Free Agents -Franchise and Transition Players & Holdouts -12 Teams -$375 Buy-In - This is 1.5 years of dues, but is done to keep a core set of owners -Super Payout every five years -Division Realignment every year -No commissioner or MFL fees. Looking or 2 replacement owners for a free 8th yr 14-team, IDP league on ESPN. Team 1 has the #1 pick in draft while team 2 has the #2 pick. Offline draft fast approaching. The league has had 7 different league champions since it's inception (nobody has won it more than obce so it's a pretty balanced league). Many of the owners are also in our dynasty baseball league (which has been dominated by 2 teams the last 8 years). The playoffs are like a Match Madness bracket and includes all the teams in the league so the winner has to run the playoff gauntlet. The top scoring team in 2017 finished 8th. The team with the best record in 2017 finished 4th. Winning the league is a challenge (as I said -- a different champion all 7 years) Keep (9) OFF players + (6) DEF players. Filled Due to unexpected circumstances an owner who is in 2 leagues I run had to drop out so I have a team open in 2 different leagues. The teams in both leagues have issues.... one the team is weak and the other team he has traded all of his 2017 draft picks. So in both leagues 2017 will be a free year. -We have not had a draft yet this year in either league. -We have a free agent auction every year that hasn't happened yet this year so there will be an opportunity to rebuild through the auction. -Waivers are worst to first so the worst team will have the opportunity to get the best available player every week The rules for both leagues are the same so here is information about the leagues. The league fee is $60 per year (both owners taking over the teams will have to pay $60). The first new owner to pay the $60 fee gets his pick of the two teams. The Insane Asylum league is entering its 6th year and the scoring and setup of the league goes back over 12 years. Experienced Commish who has run the league since it formed and has per request started a 2nd duplicate league (The Man Cave) that is going into its 3rd year. The leagues have several things that allow you to have very good control over your roster including giving out contracts that vary from 1 to 4 years for players won in an annual auction. The rookies get a 5 year contracts plus we have a taxi squad to keep rookies until they blossom into productive players. We give each owner the right to use a franchise tag (allows you to keep the player and he automatically gets a 4 year contract) and a transition tag (allows you to match the top offer for that player) on their players who have an expiring contract. We use worst to first weekly waivers which allows teams to rebuild quicker. We have a balanced scoring system with fractional scoring where IDP’s scores are a very important part of the league. We have had Watt lead the league in scoring a couple of years back. We have a far more accurate scoring system for QB’s, RB’s and even punters. The QB loses points for an incompletion and a RB loses points on a run for no gain. So a QB who has a horrible game with sacks, 50% completion and couple of INTs without gaining many yards or having many TD’s could end up with a negative score in this league. I need some help and advice on a trade with a couple of different options - not sure if any on them are worth doing. Dynasty 12-team PPR league. It is IDP with a 53 man roster. Starting line-up 1 QB, 1 PK, 1-3 RB, 2-5 WR, 1-4 TE --> 9 Offense 3 LB, 3 CB/S, 3 DE/DT --> 9 Defense In the 1st trade option I am being offered Cousins, Jamaal Charles, Hightower, Bennett, 2017 2.08 pick My side of the trade is I give up Smallwood, Malcolm Mitchell, Jordan Reed Giving up Reed for the hot mess I am getting sours me to this trade the 2nd trade option I am offered Cousins and Bennett I give up Smallwood and Mitchell As I am writing this it dawns on me that this one stinks too. My core team QB: Brady, Kaepernick, Cardale Jones, Connor Cook RB: McCoy, Miller, Ingram, Chris Thompson, Smallwood WR: Cooks, Fitzgerald, Lockett, D Jackson, Mitchell, Enunwa, Britt, Carroo, Robert Woods, Green-Beckham TE: Reed, Stephen Anderson, Kendricks, Sefarian-Jenkins Defense I am very strong on the line - Khalil Mack, Calais Campbell, Cameron Heyward. Linebackers are very middle of the road. The primary reason I would consider the trade is to pick up the Cousins to backstop Brady and I have enough WR that I really won't miss Mitchell I don't think and I can't count on market share stability under Bellicheck My view is I pass on both of these - especially the 1st one where I give up Reed but I'm new to Dynasty and am also worried in the short term if Brady goes down. Would love to get an opinion or two to sanity check Only possibility I might throw back as a counter is the other team has Telvin Smith and if I could include him in the trade and add in one of my mid-level LBs like Worrilow or Bruce Irvin that might swing the balance but this is my first year in IDP and I am really out of my depth. Help!

Veteran established dynasty league looking for a few owners to take over three teams. Once we finds the owner’s we will have a dispersal draft. So in effect you get to draft your own team rather than taking over a orphaned roster that’s already constructed. We’re looking for knowledgeable active owners, not just weekend warriors. This is a $100 league. It’s a fun league that has year round participation with free agency, trading, the draft (we drafts rookies only); player contracts, franchise tags etc., and then finally the games. Dynasty/Contract IDP league looking for experienced owners

***Filled*** We are looking to fill 2 teams in a 16-team league. The league fee is $60 per year and there is an option to pay $30 for the next year to trade that year’s picks. The first new owner to pay the $60 fee gets his pick of the two teams. The Insane Asylum league is entering its 6th year and the scoring and setup of the league goes back over 12 years. Experienced Commish who has run the league since it formed and has per request started a 2nd duplicate league (The Man Cave) that is going into its 3rd year. The league has several things that allow you to have very good control over your roster including giving out contracts that vary from 1 to 4 years for players won in an annual auction. The rookies get a 5 year contracts plus we have a taxi squad to keep rookies until they blossom into productive players. We give each owner the right to use a franchise tag (allows you to keep the player and he automatically gets a 4 year contract) and a transition tag (allows you to match the top offer for that player) on their players who have an expiring contract. We use worst to first weekly waivers which allows teams to rebuild quicker. We have a balanced scoring system with fractional scoring where IDP’s scores are a very important part of the league. We have had Watt lead the league in scoring a couple of years back. We have a far more accurate scoring system for QB’s, RB’s and even punters. The QB loses points for an incompletion and a RB loses points on a run for no gain. So a QB who has a horrible game with sacks, 50% completion and couple of INTs without gaining many yards or having many TD’s could end up with a negative score in this league. $50 32 or 48 Team English Premier League Setup PPR/IDP Dynasty Startup

We've got 20+ teams together to start an English Premier League style Dynasty startup. The first year, every team will be at the same level. Subsequent years, the league will be split into 16 team tiers with the Premier League at the top. At the end of each season, the bottom four teams will be relegated to the tier below. The top three or four teams will be promoted to the tier above. We'll also have an FA Cup tournament that runs during the regular season. Every team will compete in the FA Cup. The winner of the FA Cup will get automatic promotion to the Premier League. We need at least 32 teams to start so in Year 2, we'll have two tiers. That said, for a 32 team league, we need to start our draft by the end of July. If we have enough interest quickly, we could push for 48 teams to start. A 48 team league would need to start the draft by mid-July. There will be (1) copy of every play for each (16) teams, so 32 teams = 2 copies, 48 teams = 3 copies, etc. Each team can only hold 1 copy of a player. Every offseason, we can add another 16 team tier. The new tier will have their own draft of (1) copy of every player, rookies and veterans, and they will become the bottom tier of the overall league. We'll continue adding tiers until either we get to the 96 team MFL limit or the league collectively decides we're large enough. The entire league will be one large MFL league. When the league is split into tiers, the tiers will be different conferences that won't play each other outside the FA Cup. That said, trading between the tiers will be allowed. Draft pick trading will be allowed. The Rookie draft order will be set up to promote vertical mobility. The lowest tier will get the first 16 draft picks. The Premier League will get the last 16 draft picks. Scoring will be PPR and TE Premium with .25 points per carry. 50 man rosters with several IR spots and a Taxi Squad. Starters are: (1) QB (2) RB (3) WR (1) TE (1) RB/WR/TE Flex (1) QB/RB/WR/TE Flex (1) DT (2) DE (3) LB (2) CB (2) S (1) DT/DE/LB/CB/S Flex The League will be $50 buy-in, LeagueSafe. We're still tweaking the payout structure, but obviously, the bigger this whole thing gets, the more enjoyable it will be for the Premier League winner every year. The 1st and 2nd place in each tier will win a prize, as will the winner of the FA Cup. Once the league gets up to 48 teams, everyone in the Premier League at the end of the season will win $50 as an incentive to stay at the top. Obviously, we're looking for people who are in it for the long haul. If you drop to the bottom tier, it could take a couple years to get back to the top.
