  1. So I may have F'd up my first auction draft. But can't linger in the past. Time to fix it. I currently have McCoy, Anderson, & Ivory as my top RB's, but after that I have only have Fred Jackson & Ray Rice (I was a little tipsy & thought he may get picked up by a team) on my bench. Needless to say, i'm weak at RB. Additionally, I feel weak at wr, despite being loaded with the position. My starters are Hopkins and Edleman, but then I have a bunch of tier 5-8 type guys on my bench. Wheaton, Moncreif, Shorts III, & Quick. So who is worth a roster spot and who is not. I can grab Buffalo handcuffs or a jet's handcuffs, but I could also grab Charles Simms or C. Artis-Payne as they are currently fa's in my league. As far as wr goes, somebody just dropped Funchess so he's up for grabs or I could grab D. Green-Beckham or C. Beasley. At this point it's all predictions, projections & upside so it's too early to tell. Any thoughts?
  2. I'm in a 12 team PPR keeper league (keep 3 for your first 3 rounds of picks in the draft) and already have Jimmy Graham & Demaryius Thomas as my top 2 keepers but choosing between 3 RB's for the third. So who do you think will have a better season in PPR this year: Marshawn Lynch Montee Ball Ray Rice (also, it looks like I'll have the 10th pick in my draft if that makes a difference for who you would pick) I know its early June and many questions for these players are still yet to be answered but any and all feedback much appreciated.
  3. I've got Forte as my RB1...but due to injuries/time-shares not sure who to roll with as RB2...a name and logic as to why you chose him would be appreciated. Leave a link to you're roster question thread and i'll hit you back... RB2 Options: A) Ray Rice : The "standard" thought would be that he's the pick if he's active. But coming off his strained hip flexor and being limited in practice all week I have no doubt even if active he'll be spliting carries with Pierce and there's the risk he aggravates the hip and taps out of the game early. Joique Bell : This is who I have in my lineup right now, Bush is in a similar situation to Ray Rice's in that he's returning to action after an in-active week due to injury, I see the Lions as probably easing him back into action by allowing Bell to take a good share of the load...especially after Bell proved his effectiveness in a starting role last week as well as putting up a big day in week 1 just occasionally spelling Bush when he was 100% C) Jacquizz Rodgers : Another certain time share, Quizz will cede goal line carries to Snelling and some passing downs although Quizz can catch the ball well also...i think Snelling is more effective pass blocker due to his bigger size. I think this could be a high scoring game and a totally unrelated reason to start him is it'd be nice to have someone to watch in the Sunday night game :-) Thanks to anyone who gives me any opinions!
  4. I am in a 12 team league where each team has one keeper from the previous season. That keeper is essentially our first round pick (so there is no value if I picked up Morris late in the draft last year) and the draft is a standard serpentine after that. This year I get to choose between Ray Rice and Alfred Morris. I've kept Rice for the last 4 years and have been pleased by his production (although a few more TDs would be nice). Is it time now to go with the younger back in Morris? I've seen them both ranked in the 7 - 15 range by various gurus, although Rice seems to still be ranked slightly higher. For your info, our scoring system is 1 pt/10 yards rushing or receiving, 10 pt. bonus at 100+ yards rushing or receiving, 10 pt. TDs, -3 for fumbles, no point per reception. Thanks for your advice.
  5. Hey fellas!! new the forum and LOVE that there's a place online where I can geek out to FF with other enthusiast, haha!! So, I got little dilemma with my keepers this year. Not sure who I should keep in my 12 team PPR. Who would you take? Pick three: Marshawn Lynch Ray Rice Percy Harvin Julio Jones Jimmy Graham Hard decision! I'm leaning towards, Lynch, Rice and Graham but feel all can help me in a PPR. Thx!!
