GENERAL INFO

Keeper league!! You can keep up to 3 players from any position off of your team from last year. For every player you keep, you lose a draft pick starting with round 1. You must submit your final keeper list NLT Midnight CST 19 Aug 04.

 

 

DRAFT IS COMPLETE

 

Serpentine draft, 16 rounds. Draft start date is Monday August 23rd. Start daily at 8 am CST and end it at 3 pm CST, but we can continue to pick after that, just won't penalize anyone for not picking within their alloted time. 2 (Two) hour time limit but please try not to take the whole 2 hours! If you miss your pick then you will be placed at the bottom at that round. If an owner is moved to the bottom of the round, and his turn comes up again at that time but is still not around to pick, then the league will vote for his pick. If unforseen circumstances arise with anyone, then I will be more than happy to make a few picks for them as long as they provide me with a list, but I will not draft their whole team!

No limit on the players you can hold per postion (ie you can have 2 Rb, 3 Rbs, or 8 Rbs on your team if you like).

 

Each owner is responsible for setting up their lineup each week. Changes can be made prior to kickoff of first weekend game.

7 to 13 pts allowed 3 pts

TRADES

 

Prior to the Draft, you can trade draft picks for players, or for other draft picks.[

 

Regular Trading can take place up through Week 13.

 

Trade as many players for as many as you want (ie 3 players for 1) but remember you must maintain 16 on your roster.

 

Commish approval only unless two or more owners challenge the trade. If it is challenged, then owners not involved in trade will vote (commish will abstain from voting), which means 9 owners voting. If the trade involves the commish, it will be approved by another owner who acts as deputy commish.

 

FREE AGENT PICKUP

 

Secured transaction waiver wire (1 round), starting Tuesday morning. What will need to be done is if you want to be on the list then e-mail me your transaction that you wish to do for that week. You can even submit multiple transactions just in case the first player you want is already taken when it's your turn. I MUST receive your e-mail NLT Tuesday by Noon CST (1 pm EST). I will then post all the transactions in order here on this borad. We will go through the list ONCE, then it's FCFS starting Wednesday morning at 8 am CST thru kickoff of first weekend game (thru Week 13).

 

That way the worst team get's first shot at the players available.

 

 

PLAYOFFS

 

Week 14, 15 & 16 (8 teams). At the end of Week 13, the top eight teams in the league will qualify for a three-week postseason tournament to determine the league champion. No other teams will play games during this time.
