Unfortunately it seems to be a limitation of Excel that will not let the drop-down list start at the top once selecting the second and subsequent players at each position. I can't tell you how much time I wasted trying to get it to start at the top, with no solution. If anyone has one I'd love to hear it. I used Buddy recently in a 32 round draft with 3 min per pick (little longer than normal since it was online, but it moved pretty good), and I didn't have too much trouble just firing the scroll bar up to the top each time.
