I used to have both these guys and recently traded Brown for Aaron Brooks on a draft day trade.

 

Henry was part of the big Chad Pennington deal from last year.

 

The previous deal was:

 

Willie gets: C.Pennington, T.Henry, and M.Pollard

Walt gets: C.Brown, T. Rattay, and a 2005 1st rounder (1.11)

 

C Brown later gets dealt along with 2.01 (Fason) for Aaron Brooks and 1.7 (Alex Smith)

 

1.11 Aaron Rodgers later gets dealt for Alge Crumpler

 

Overall:

 

Give away: Pennington, Henry, Pollard, Fason

Get: Brooks, Rattay, Alex Smith, Crumpler

 

Looks good in hindsight. Da Bomb will no doubt call the net result a big loss having given up Fason.

You certainly needed help at QB. So you got some. You improved at TE too. But it came at the cost of some RB talent. It's too early to say how this works out. If Smith becomes a 20+ points per week QB, then you're doing well. But if Henry and Fason both become starters then it was costly. for now.
