I want to trade into the 5th pick or 6th pick in the first round.

 

for the 5th pick I am willing to do this deal :

 

my 1st rounder(7 overall ) and fith rounder for the 1st rounder and 8th rounder of the team with the 5th round pick.

 

for the team with the 6th pick I am willing to give my first rounder(7 overall) and 6th round pick for the first rounder and 9th round pick of the team with the 6th pick.

Moz, by the same philosophy would you deal your 1st round and 4th round for my 1st round(4th overall) and 7th round?

 

I am not saying I would do it as of right now, but it would be something I would definitely consider.

That is fine. Like I said, I don't know if I am sold on it either. I was just wondering if it was an option.

The trade is fair, but I can not accept it at this time. I don't know that there are 7 guys that I would feel confortable with as a top player. 4 is hard enough to find. Depending on how things go on draft day, or things that happen between now and then, it might change. But for now I will have to decline. I don't expect you to wait around until draft day, but depending on what the first three picks look like, we might be able to work something then. Sorry.

Deal is over -- To be honest I don't if I want to give a 4th rounder up anyway. I just wanted Duece becasue i have in all my other leagues -- But I am pretty sure he willbe gone by 7. Oh well there always the 31 year old Faulk I can take as a first rounder in a dynasty league.

 

I am now 0 - 5 in trade attempts to move up !

I hear you there. That is why I don't think I want to move down. Sure there is some good talent at #7, but in a dynasty league it is tough to take some of those guys that are at the end of their career.
