Frafts before weeks 3, 6, & 9

As you will recall from the rules:

 

Waivers: Waivers will be extremely limited in this league.  There will be no waivers from the conclusion of the draft until NFL week 3 (meaning the week prior to the NFL’s 3rd week of games).  In weeks 3, 6, and 9 only, there will be a one round draft in which each team can add one player to their roster.  There is no need to cut a player to participate.  The draft order will be set by league points scored – with the lowest going first.  These three players are the only way in which you can alter your lineup in season other than through trading.  The waiver draft will be run at the league forum on FFToday starting Tuesday at 3:00pm Forum time with each pick having 3 hour clock (clock suspended from 10:00pm Forum time to 8:00am Forum time).  If you miss your pick – those behind you will be on the clock and can skip ahead of you – but you retain the right to pick and remaining free agents when you return to the Forum.

 

By Tuesday at mid-day, a fraft order will be posted. The first pick can proceed anytime after the order is posted. The fraft clock will not starting running until 3:00pm CDT (forearm time).

 

If you have limited site access, please update me so that I can call or email to document the fraft progress and to get your pick (pennken). If you plan to pass (not use the pick) please let us know rather than letting the clock expire. If the clock does expire, it will be deemed a pass (ie, that you are choosing not to pick anyone up).

 

With any luck, we can hopefully be done on Wednesday.

Reminder bump. The first of these three frafts will start the Tuesday after the week two MNF game. I usually have the fraft order posted before I go to bed on Monday (assuming that this forearm is available for posting it).

 

The week three version starts Tues Sep 20.

The week six version starts Tues Oct 11. *

The week nine version starts Tues Nov 1.

 

* Mongo's gonna has to run this one since I'll be on vacation that week. I'll either have to leave a list or risk being unreachable (not sure what kind of cell coverage is available on the shores of Lake Michigan).
