thedanzone 2 Posted May 13, 2004 Pre-Season Free Agency The free-agents are going to be locked after the draft First-Come-First-Served Free agency will open up on Monday, June 28th at 2:00 PM EST. We will use rtsports.com website to handle our Free Agent pick-up transactions. A dropped player can not be picked up until the following day at 12:00 PM EST. Example, if a player is dropped at 11:59 PM EST on DEC 7th, that player would be available the next day at 12:00 PM EST DEC 8th. 2nd example, If a player is dropped at 12:00 AM EST on DEC 8th, they would not be available the same day at 12:00 PM EST DEC 8th, instead they will be available at 12:00 PM EST on DEC 9th. ********** In-Season Free Agency In-Season free agency begins on 9/9/2004 @ 9:00 PM EST.
