Jwood 0 Posted October 24, 2005 It did me yesterday. I started Hassellbeck against Dallas and was so damn torn. My ultimate allegiance is to the Cowboys, but I have to admit, I got a little excited when he threw that 1 yard TD pass. I felt horrible about it afterwards. I don't mind starting a receiver or running back, but I won't ever start a QB against Dallas again. It was a bizarre feeling that I didn't like.
tru_blu 0 Posted October 24, 2005 hell no it doesnt bother me, I am a bengal fan, and I have willie parker.. when he scored that touchdown I was happy as sheet.. I still wanted the bengals to win.. I just wanted parker to have a good day.. and if the bengals win and parker has a bad day im ok with that.. but if the bengals lose and parker is a monster then I wish the bengals would have won, but im happy he at least had a good day. mdubz 0 Posted October 24, 2005 yes...i hate starting guys against my team but you have to do it. i just hope it is a blowout so my fantasy guy can get garbage points. i am a huge fantasy guy but a giant win is first and foremost.

How many times has winning in FF won you money? Sorry, I am a Pats fun, but if it comes down to hoping the Pats win, or winning my FF league....I wouldn't even think twice....go FF TEAM!!!!! ricardo montalbon 0 Posted October 24, 2005 being a raider fan, i will not draft any donkeys, dolts(chargers ), queefs on my team. won the league 2 out of last 5 years and started this year 1-3 but now am 4-3 !! now i have yet to have a top 3 pick(where the LT, priest situation might come up) . but if i did, i'd trade down i'm sure. coolice 0 Posted October 24, 2005 Yes, And that is why I tried not to get AFC West team other than Broncos. But, this year, I did draft Gates and trade for him, Also drafted Jordan in 2RB and Flex league. I guess when you have 3 league to manage, it will happen. Force of Two 0 Posted October 24, 2005 Always start the studs against my Eagles but if it come to a TE or 3rd wideout or kicker or something I look somewhere else... It also saddens me to think that someone would put their fantasy team above their real team..... Though my two leagues are for money I also play for pride. I cant take these guys who only do this as another form of gambling...isnt it fun enough to manage the team.

Go Big Blue. I will root against my own fantasy guy when playing the Giants. I.E. Rod Smith yesterday. Giants come first and that is that.
fanman7 0 Posted October 24, 2005 i would rather start guys versus my team then have an opponent starting guys that play for my team.

Dan 66 Posted October 24, 2005 It bugs me most of the time. I don't like starting opposing players against the Steelers. I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that the Steelers take such pride in their defense that I don't like to see them get dinged. When they aren't playing such great defense, it's a little easier, if I can trust the offense at that time. I still would prefer, even then, to see the Steelers pound any given team, and have the rest of FF team pick up the slack. Steelers First!! FF second. Period. Just has to be that way! kloide 0 Posted October 24, 2005 Guy in my league benched Priest last week (2 TDs) because his Redskins were playing the Chiefs - He lost because of it too.
