IGotThatGuy 0 Posted October 28, 2005 Every week you see the same predictions for him 180 yds, 1 TD Yet every week he has started he has been a lock for 2 TDs and, minus last week, over 200 yards passing. Even against Houston and Tennessee who they were supposed to run over as well. Even against the best passing Defense last week he threw for 2 TDs. Anyway, I have a hard time not seeing Ward in the endzone once of not twice this week and Miller. Probably all in the first half. He is one of the most reliable fantasy platers out there. My .02. ACL tear 0 Posted October 28, 2005 I agree, he is very underated in Fantasy. Last week was the 1st gme he played that he didnt hit 20 points, but that's due to the Steelers barely throwing it. He will be a solid QB the rest of the year as well.
Guest brownhelmets Posted October 28, 2005 He is my starting QB in a 14 team league. His presence made Plummer expendable on my team. He may not have blow up weeks, but I like his consistency, and consistency pays off in FF.
Dan 66 Posted October 28, 2005 I agree, except for the "all in the first half" comment. This Steelers team is different from last year, in that they are actually producing in the second half, better than the first half, actually. They've been kicking it into gear as the game warms up. And they haven't been so quick to take their foot off the gas this year either. That really encourages me. I think the Steelers, as a whole, have yet to play their best football.
