DanXIII 8 Posted April 7, 2006 I got divorced a couple of years ago and in the divorce I got stuck with HER credit card bills. I know, technically they were "our" bills, but pride has thus far kept me from paying them off. As I mature, I am learning that Marcellus Wallace was right: "FOCK pride! Pride only hurts, it never helps." I've decided to bite the bullet and pay the damned things off to get my credit (and as a sad, unintended consquence, hers too) straightened out. I've been thinking about doing the non-profit debt consolidation thing. Have any of you ever done this? I have some questions I'd like to ask before I pursue it.
