And empty the garbage....and accept deliveries when you're not home to do so....and clean the floors....and, at least in my building, make minor repairs in the apartment for a handshake (as long as there's $5 in you hand). Yup, they have a union and I can tell you that the wealthy folks that are taking over my neighborhood would have fits if they had to drag their garbage to the dumptser in the parking lot.
