Rotarys are not my specialty, but some things to check. 1) Does it have proper fuel pressure? 2) Any major vacuum leaks? (kind of hard to tell without it running ) 3) Is it getting spark? 4) Does it have gas? Sorry, I honestly wouldn't know how to properly diagnoise a rotary no start problem, aside from the obvious. It looks like a little blue headlight. I really like it there. It looks cool. However, whenever I have it on, cars coming the other way flash thier lights at me. Also, when I'm behind guys at a stop light, they yell things and shake their fists at me. How do they know I have the blue light on my dashboard on, and why do they care? I hear the sound even when the blinker is off and I have even gotten out of the car to double check that the blinker is off and it is but the sound goes on. Another odd thing. The only time the clicking sound stops is when I apply the breaks. I hit the breaks and the sound stops. It's driving me nuts and I'm about to take a hammer to it.
