neworleansff2003 0 Posted June 16, 2006 Let me save all the 'tards out there the time: 2006 Sleepers: 1.) Any player we've never heard of. 2.) Any player who is currently and always has been a super star, but some 'tard thinks that God has given them special knowledge about said player (ie "Edge is my sleeper pick this year") The board had better quality posts when it was shut down for 6 mos. I think that guy from KC, Larry whatshisname, will bust out big time this year. That RB in Seattle could too. Don't base your picks on my "feelings" though. I could be wrong. T-HO 1 Posted June 17, 2006 OK Quick short list. No stats looked at. Haven't really started studying hardcore. Just some gut feelings. No logic, or order, some reasoning: Antonio Bryant Z Hilton Chad Jackson(if #2) J McCown Kelly Holcolmb TJH(slightly biased, those are my initials) C Taylor D Rhodes B Engram(his stats to start the '05 season were real good) E wilford D Givens A Peterson if given a chance to start ?:Wher did J Wells go? Given DD's injury history, he could start G jones Again...off the top of my bong resin/malted barley hops head.
Shiver 0 Posted June 17, 2006 Late round guys i'd take a flyer on: Rookie Running Backs that may break out if an injury occurs: Wali Lundy Jerious Norwood Cedric Humes Humes I like the most, because he seems like the natural replacement for the power attack for Pittsburgh. 2nd and 3rd year WRs I really like: Reggie Brown Roddy White Samie Parker
tampa_fan_01 0 Posted June 17, 2006 Add TJ Whosyourdaddy if CJs groin remains a problem.... Terry Glenn isn't getting much board love, but TO is really going to open things up for him this year again. Chester Taylor is a sort of mystery, but Childress likes his backs to catch the ball, so he should be good in yardage leagues. Derrick Mason in Baltimore should get some sleeper love too... the reunion between him and McNair could spark up some good #'s for all you FF'rs out there..... Leonard Henry -2 Yds 0 Posted June 17, 2006 Tyrone Calico - 138 rec 1753 yds, 3 billion touchdowns. "first off, this guy has the biggest set of hands i've ever seen on a wide receiver, and to compliment it, he's got speed like a cheetah and strength like a bear. He's PURE value"
Wildman 0 Posted June 17, 2006 There's this LB from the Bayou. He loves his momma and he can hit like a freight train. He makes Ray Lewis look like Emannuel Lewis. He was a walk-on due to some problem with his medulla oblongata... I think his name is Bobby Bouche...

Manifest Destiny 0 Posted June 17, 2006 David Carr If Kubiak can work his magic and the OL can keep Carr on his feet for a few plays this year, he should be able to put up some great numbers with essentially two number one WRs and a very good receiving RB.
