No I would not make the trade. Not with the possibility of starting 3 Running Backs.

Westbrook turns into a very valuable RB in PPR leagues. My only problem with him is his durability. If you are afraid of his durability I may trade him for Torry Holt, but definately not Rudi.

Also, I do not have a 1st (essentially a fifth round pick) so I would have to wait until essentially the sixth round to grab another receiver...

I would do it, only because PPR and you start only 2RB's. PPR Rudi is not very good, especially when comparing him to Westbrook. In PPR, if your 4 main guys are SA, Westbrook, Holt and CJohnson, yours is a frightening team. You'd have three guys that could legitimately be #1 at their position!
