My team in this keeper league is: I am week in backup rb, so would this be a good trade for me to improve my depth.

Neither is guarenteed a starting spot. Especially Gado, Green and Davenport are ahead of him. Bell has to outproduce Dayne in traing camp and Dayne looked good last year

Cooley is a good TE, and Vick has had time this year to work with his young WRs. Gado and Bell are too risky to me.

I would do it for this reason only...you have LT and LJ so you can go with them as far as you need to...you have Gates as a TE...

 

Your QB spots are good enough with the rest of your roster the way it is...

 

Your Essentially rolling the dice with both guys this year but its a gamble that you can overcome even if it blows up in your face

It will leave you weak at TE#2, but I would do it. You can always trade a backup RB for a TE that will be just as solid as Cooley and like he is going to start in front of Gates anyway.

by the time you are done trading with bijan, your whole team will be back to the way it was only this time without larry johnson, vernon davis, vick, cooley or marvin....

I voted Gado/Bell and that's with me believing Vick is going to make a bit of a comeback this year. Bottom line: You can have a QB and a TE or two RBs. It's a no brainer unless you are in a league that starts two QBs or has extra poitns for TEs or something.

 

By the way, if you have LT and LJ your league is an absolute Joke or you are the best FF player of all time so this piddling trade shouldn't worry you too much.
